I didn't find Jesus (already found Him before) but it did take my to the pearly gates of heaven. The other reviewer had me laughing......great review if you can find it. The product is sturdy and well made. It does hurt some but that is the deep tissue part of the wheel. I was finally able to get tension and align the middle part of my back in between the shoulder blades. My kids are tired of having to walk on my back to help pop and release some tension and pain. I'm a heavy dude, so there was good deep work done. It did leave round red imprints on my back, but that went away in about an hour. I felt loose and pain free right after using it. The 1st day I used it about 3 times and approximately 20 minutes each time. Like the rice Krispy cereal, my back was a Snap, Crakle, and PoP concert. Hurt so good was the main song I was singing. I didn't have problems using it. It didn't go to the side or fall over. Both my kids used it too. They said the same. They cracked their own backs, felt slight discomfort but felt great afterwards. My daughter (14 years old) also worked out a knot on her hamstring. She has been sore from playing softball. 1st time being in sports. Same with my son who is 13 years old. He used it on his arms and back. They didn't have any marks on them. They are also feather weights and don't weigh anything at all. After use, I use my back massage to finish turning me into soft butter. So far so good. I have more mobility from stretching the back out and less pain and tension than before. After each use, I get less back cracking and pops. It's only been 3 days of use, and so far so good. I'm not getting the marks on my back as much as the 1st day.In conclusion, yes it hurts...but it is the good kind. For me it wasn't terrible. After using it, I feel like Tony the Tiger......GREEEEEEEAT! I didn't re-find Jesus but I met St Peter at the gates. I also sound like a montage of 1980 cereals. I thank the lord for finding this torturous ring of Lucky charms. If using it on the floor is too much, then try it on the wall as your can ease into the use of this contraption. There're videos that you can look up on YouTube and on the reviews on here on many ways to use it. I'll update this review if anything else comes up.***UPDATE**** 3-27-22It's been a week and everything is still good. No longer does my back hurt (hurt so good part) when using it. It feels normal. I have been more "loose" throughout the day. When I get home from work, I look forward to using it. 5 minutes is all I use it for. My back still pops but not as it did at first. So far so good and I keep on loving it and my do Kids too. Tip....do not hold your breath. Remember to breathe throughout. Exhaling is key to relaxing and getting your back to pop and getting a great stretch. Holding your breath makes it hurt more or prevents from stretching and popping your back.

I've held off on writing a review, but I can confidently say this is a great purchase. There are similar back roller wheels made by Chirp, so for those on the fence, I hope this review helps. To detail the differences, this Acumobility wheel comes in one diameter, but it is much wider than the wheels made by Chirp. The foam on this is also more firm/rigid, but I don't think that is a bad thing. The foam on the Chirp wheels is soft and squishy, which I am guessing is aimed at being more comfortable. As for using this wheel, the first time I used it, it was moderately painful. I've had plenty of issues with my back, from sports injuries to cancer treatments, and I could only tolerate less than a minute on this the first day. Fear not!! The painful experience went away quickly, and using this wheel got easier every day.The big advantage with this wheel is its width. I feel exponentially more secure on this than the Chirp wheels. The wide base never makes me feel like I might slip off, and the wider surface area gives good pressure to more area on my back. The round nubs seem to massage the muscles and tissue around the spine, which helps my back feel better more than simply trying to get it to crack. This wheel is also strong! I'm not a small guy. I'm 6'2, and I'm currently around 275 lbs. This wheel doesn't even give the slightest hint that it isn't strong enough. The plastic base is extremely sturdy, and the outer foam/rubber material also seems very durable. For comparison, the plastic on the wheels by Chirp seems flimsy, as does there foam coating. I am not surprised reading their reviews saying people have been breaking their Chirp wheels. The advantage of Chirp is the different sizes. You can swap out one size for another to try to target the rolling to hit your problematic spot better. That said, I do feel this wheel by Acumobility falls into a "Goldilocks zone", where the one size seems to work for most of my problems. While this works for me, I can see how the flexibility of different sizes might appeal to others. I like that there aren't extra wheels to store with this product. If the price was equal between this and the set of 4 Chirp wheels, I'd buy this Acumobility wheel over Chirp every time. It feels better on my back, it's a more sturdy product to use, and I feel it will last me a long time. I've been using it for about a year, so I'm not basing this on a small sample size of time. This is also cheaper than the set of 3 or 4 wheels by Chirp, which also makes this a better value. I definitely recommend this if you have back issues.

I bought this because I was experiencing lower back pain, not only is it sturdy, but it also works perfectly. The bumps on the roller are firm enough to really get into your muscles, but not too firm that it hurts. It also works really well at cracking my back. I would definitely recommend this product. I was hesitant about ordering this at first because of the price… it’s literally just a simple tube type thing with foam bumps, but it is totally worth the money to be pain free!

For years I could not find how to help to my spine (upper chest area), tried a lot of different heating pads and massage pads, nothing was really helping. This one solved all problems with my spine just by using it few min per every day. It is soft enough. The tricky part is to align it along the spine on both sides. Then rolling a bit on it and then just "hanging" allowing my head and neck to touch the ring while upper back is hanging down from the ring to the floor. Contact medical nurse if you are unsure how to use it correctly for your case. This is the cheapest and the most effective tool for the spine I ever had! I would put 10 stars instead of 5 if I could.

I had this roller for about a month and just returned it because, while it was a good roller, it couldn't do what I needed it to do. To begin, this roller is very VERY large and super sturdy; I would pay money to see someone try and break this thing just by rolling on it. The bumps are big but are not too firm and definitely beginner friendly, and that leads me to the drawbacks that led to me returning it.- This roller is less for tissue massaging and more for flexibility- It is not wide enough, I found myself slipping off of it while trying to roll all the way from my shoulders to my lower backNo other roller combines a yoga ball and a roller quite like this one and for the innovation and execution alone I have to give it 4 stars, but it just wasn't quite a fit for me. Sorry Acumobility Back Roller, it's not you, it's me.

Buying Guide

Whether you’re looking for a yoga wheel to ease occasional aches and pains or for a device to use as part of your fitness and wellness routine, choosing the right one can be overwhelming. This guide will discuss all the aspects you should consider when choosing ayoga wheel, so you can get the best one. Yoga wheels come in different sizes, shapes, and materials, so look for one that’s the right size for your body type and weight. Designs that provide space for your spine and deep massaging texture generally work best. Many models are made with a combination of hard plastic and soft materials like EVA foam. Softer yoga wheels work better for soothing sore muscles while harder ones work better for deep massage and pain relief. Yoga wheels should be made from durable materials that can maintain their shape after hundreds of workouts. The design should ideally include a gap for your spine as well as a textured surface for an effective massage. The wheel should also be wide enough that it is easy to balance while putting all of your weight on it. Additionally, look for a product that is designed to fit your body shape, to ensure your back is properly supported during the stretching and cracking process. Look for a product that comes with clear instructions on how to use it properly. Many yoga wheels come with instructional videos, images, and diagrams that can help you better understand how to use the product effectively. Other features, like cushioned surfaces, make yoga wheels easy to use and more comfortable.

"I didn't find Jesus (already found Him before) but it did take my to the pearly gates of heaven. Holding your breath makes it hurt more or prevents from stretching and popping your back."

"I've held off on writing a review, but I can confidently say this is a great purchase. I definitely recommend this if you have back issues."
