Bought this tub specifically because it came with both air and hydro jets. To my surprise it has built in seats all around so no need to purchase any. Very comfortable. Comes with headrest as well. Big enough to stretch out. Jets are soothing, heat feels good. Worth the money
Read MoreAfter reading reviews, I rolled the dice and so far the only criticism is that the box was delivered upside down! LOL! Set up is easy if you watch the You Tube videos. Printed directions are a joke, but its still fairly easy to set up, Water was filling tub 30 minutes after I opened the box.My tub came with lights and pillows, I do understand some people didnt receive them. It took about 48+ hours to get up to over 100, and its too early to tell how much energy its using. but I am using it every night and 100% love it.As for size, I am 6-1 and when I stretch out, I can float on my back and not touch other side, its a legit large spa. And the inflatable seats are a definite plus, even for fat butts like mine! The Hydrojets do work but dont expect them to be like a regular spa, but the air bubble jets are amazing. I do wish they worked together, but its not a major problemI will update after summer, when I will break it down, but for now, it surpasses my expectations
Read MoreI chose this hot tub for size, the hydrojets on the sidewall, the numerous airjets, the seat, & the technology. It was a little nerve racking spending so much on the inflatable design but overall it was the best choice. In reading numerous reviews on inflatables I found the biggest regret was buying too small. This is really good for two adults in my opinion, but four is doable. My greatest surprise was how well the airjets massage the whole body...it feels incredible! There is a 2nd inner circle of airjets in the bottom middle that massages your legs & feet. If you sit just right against the wall the outer ring of airjets will massage your entire back, & then bring your arms to the sides to get the full effect. You'll have to sink low to get your neck & upper shoulder region but you can place your feet against the opposite seat to hold you down so you don't float upwards. The hydrojets are good for the areas needing pressure, which uses the same pump as the heater so the heat shuts off when the hydrojets are in use. I use the airjets first so the water continues to heat, then I use the hydrojets to finish the job (can't use both at the same time.) Keep it at 104 degrees due to mild fluctations while in use, & keep the lid on when not in use. The lighted jets can replace any hydrojet hole, & I placed them where I felt the jets would be used less often as the stream has less power. The picture with the lid off shows tiny bubbles as I had just turned off the airjets (initially I was concerned as I thought maybe it was a chemical imbalance.) I bought a 1 inch thick mat (comes in 24" puzzle pieces) for protection & support. Make sure you get enough mat to go under the pump as the pump must align for plumbing lines. I set up my 10'x10' tent with weights to protect from the weather as the lid dips down & collects rainwater, & the tent is large enough to also cover the electronics. The plugin is huge & will not fit any ordinary outside electric box so you will need an electrician to install a proper outlet on the exterior wall of your house (see last picture.) You can use an extension cord (keep the plugin high & dry) until you can get this done, but that is not a permanent solution regarding safety concerns. The manufacturer video shows a woman setting up the tub. She must have been a bodybuilder because I could not have done this without my husband, who is very strong. I have concerns about this manufacturer when the time comes for pump replacement or repairs of any sort, but I chose to take the risk because there was no way I could afford a hard shell hot tub, and they appear no less reliable than the rest of the inflatable tub manufacturers. As popular as the inflatable hot tub is now, I hope all manufacturers will continue to make needed improvements. Also, my husband is a master mechanic so I leave it in his good hands to solve any problems. I'm lucky in this way that I can make what I feel is a somewhat risky financial venture. You may contemplate a cheaper/smaller model for less financial risk, but the reward will not be as satisfactory, in my opinion. This has been the best decision I have made for my well being in a long time. I hope it lasts!...and so does my cat!

Read MoreTook a chance on an inflatable hot tub and I made the right decision. It helps a lot with the pain in my lower back and hips. I go out early morning and late at night. I highly recommend this hot tub. It takes a while to get to temp ,but it stays there once it gets there. I keep it running all winter. it will usually stay at 104' in 20'-0'. Today the wind chill was -45 and temp was -18. water temp was 85'. No, I didn't go out today ,but I do when its 20' and the warth is wonderful! Worth the money!
Read MoreDo not purchase from Heartland Mercantile Exchange. Check before you buy.Look at the manufacturing date!!!We purchased the spa on 1/6/2024. The 12/2021.The pool although brand new is 2years old. What happens to rubber and vinyl over time? That’s right it breaks down.Needless to say, 1 month outside the liner warranty (which is 6 months) something broke, see black rubber gasket/hose piece of some sort and now water is trapped between the exterior wall and interior wall.Tub will not hold water as you can see and air is escaping out of the jets.We called Bestway the manufacturer and have submitted a warranty claim but have basically been told it is out of warranty.Fyi you can purchase an extended warranty directly from bestway……. Wish we had.

Setup was smooth because of YouTube. Instructions on the box are horrible. Started out at 63 degrees and 12 hours later, it’s 88 degrees. Added two chlorine tablets during setup too. It’s big, I’m 6 feet and it’s big enough for me! No problem with staying inflated thus far, fingers crossed. Will come back and update a month from now. The control box is very very quiet too!Update: On week laterHot tub is holding up. No air leaks and holding 104 heat temp. Finally got in itand the jets are good for an inexpensive tub. No complaints yet.
Read MoreOmg!! I'm so excited! I ordered a different spa it never came. So I got this one instead! I've been waiting for one for weeks. This came exactly when it said it would! Set up was a little tricky won't lie utube videos help. Once you figure it out it's a breeze! Inflated in 5 min filed with water in 20min. We like it cold right now because it's summer, will heat when it gets colder! The quality is 100% everything it says! I am extremely happy with this purchase!! Thank you salu spa!! You made my world better 😁
Read MoreMy kids were really excited to have a hottub and so i ordered this for our new home. It took me quite some time to assemble as the instructions are a joke and it doesn’t connect to all WiFi. It can’t connect to mine because of something with my ATT but i decided to press on without WiFi because it’s a hot tub. Set up questions go to the manufacturer, they have a 48 wait time but never responded to any of my questions. It was leaking out of the return valve slightly but we were able to use it, I contacted the seller for a return…but as it was super heavy i decided, that I would go through the manufacturer to get it fixed. Big mistake. The leak became a pour and it no longer held water. This was March and it’s now August. I have never had a working spa. The manufacturer sent me a replacement in July, older spa, different size that doesn’t line up with the pump. So now I have two garbage blowup hot tubs, neither will work. Months of back and forth and unable to throw either away while waiting for a resolution, and now the manufacturer has stopped responding. In reaching out to Amazon…they tell me to contact the seller and have agreed to refund based on the fact the return window closed because I was working with a company that didn’t respond to me,l, while following their protocol, but every time I call back they start the loop over. I have reported this seller, they only refer to the manufacturer. This is supposedly a warranty item, but I’ve never been able to get the correct part to set up the tub. This is a nightmare.
Read MoreLove the size and control panel is easy to use.Temperature gets really hot. The insulated cover helps keep the temperature consistent.Very happy with my purchase.
Read MoreWe love this thing! Its comfortable and easy to maintain. the only thing I could ding on it is the heater is pretty weak. It cant seem to keep up with the temperature, and it does take a while to get to heat...but that's an easy thing to plan around. I love it!
Read MoreThis works great , very good quality. Both my husband and I can sit on the side so it is very sturdy. It stays up to temperature and the jets are better than expected . It does say it will hold 7 people and it’s a tight fit with my husband , myself and our two kids so I’m not sure how it can fit 7 people but as a family of 4 it works for what we need right now .
Read MoreMy daughter REALLY wanted a hot tub, but I was hesitant to spend thousands of dollars on a traditional hot tub without knowing if she would really use it. I looked at the cheaper smaller versions of this inflatable tub, but decided to go with this bigger size so she could have friends get in with her. I'm actually finding that I love it as well! It's great that it plugs into a traditional outlet so no electrical work was needed. I haven't noticed any big change in our electrical bill. If the bubbles are on, the temp goes down a couple of degrees, but that doesn't bother us. I prefer sitting in it without the bubbles on and the temp maintains just fine. We're using Aqua Finesse and Bromine tablets for the chemicals. It comes with a bromine/chlorine tablet holder and an extra filter so that's nice. I thought it might be weird to sit on the ground instead of a bench/seat like in a traditional hot tub, but it's totally fine. We set the unit on sets of cheap interlocking mats from Harbor Freight to give it a nice base and it's really comfortable. The top is easy to take on and off and buckles down nicely. I would HIGHLY recommend this hot tub to anyone, especially if you're just "dipping your toe in the water" of seeing if this is something you'll really use. Five star review from me!
Read MoreInstalled in the lanai... perfect!! So easy to setup & it's HUGE! If you love the sound of water then get the fountain as well... I really am in love with this. Very sturdy (you can sit on the walls) & contrary to belief...you do NOT need a seat... comfy comfy!
