The things that I liked about it was that you could feel a draw from the bottom of my feet, also that I felt better each time I used it, my skin was improving, my circulation was improving, and I have recommended this to my family and friends. Easy to use and easy to clean-up. Make sure you rinse well with hot water after every use right away.

Read MoreI can imagine that you might see the title and say well WTF! However I think the product does work. I don't have any empirical data or any metrics to solidly say so. Even after reading the instructions it doesn't seem you know after you use the unit once to get a baseline of what the water is going to look like if you got some pretty nasty grody water after, you're going to have pretty nasty grotty water after you use it. So I don't see how that is a visual indicator whether or not it works I mean the scientist in me knows that the plate is breaking down and stuff is being in the water. I do get a tingling sensation at the bottom of my feet so I would hope that something is happening. But we all know that hope is not a discernible metric when it comes to data. When a purchase this I also changed my diet due to gout that was recently discovered. So a lot of my metrics that I go off of are just not 100% but I mean it is worth a shot. My wife uses it and says her feet seem to be less fatigued throughout the day, so I guess after everything that could be of some type of value, as we age we definitely don't want to be in pain as we walk and do our normal things so if you have the extra money I would think that this is definitely not a waste of money. Two thumbs up!
Read MoreI used to see these at the home and garden shows around the country. Chinese old style medicine that works to rid the body of built up toxins from anything from the food we eat to the smog we breathe. I know they work cause the first few times i used one the water turned black. I felt so much better the days following that i became a convert. Some old school medicine just works. There are a million scams these days with devices claiming this or that and doing nothing. This isn’t one of those. Look them up see their history and origins. Acupuncture as well has been used for hundreds of years helping many people. Some of the best natural methods are just better than popping whatever pill hoping what is claimed will help and not have all the terrible side effects listed in small print. This uses ions similar to an air purifier to rid your blood stream of built up toxins your body stores not being able to eliminate easily. Chinese medicine has a special focus on healing through the skin especially through feet and hands or extremity’s where the body pushes most toxins as far from your core as possible. So many different ideas so few that work well. I find that healthy eating good exercise and steering clear of pharmaceutical remedies to be my best solution. Hopefully this helps the next person as well as it has for me. Now that they are much more affordable than the 20 dollar per treatment they used to be in the early 90’s or over a grand for a at home unit. Why not try to feel better naturally.
Read MoreI purchased this product because I got desperate. I have a lot of inflammation & joint issues. The first night I used it the water turned orange with black flacks & bubbles. These colors & particles all coincide with my issues & I was really shocked!!I have used this product three times thus far (every three days for 30 mins) & each time the colors & particles were the same. However, none were as disgusting as the first treatment (Tx). The first Tx scared the crap out of me. It was so gross!! Well they're all gross lol, but the water was so much more muddier in the first Tx.The only thing I do not recommend is giving yourself a Tx at night lol. I did my first Tx around 7pm. Big mistake because it gave me way too much energy. There it was roughly 9pm & I was still reorganizing my bathroom & rearranging my bedroom LOL. I plan to do a Tx every three days for five weeks. Then maybe go to once a week or so, depending on what my body tells me.THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IT!!! 👌🏽
Read MoreNothing like the professional foot bath I am used to. This one is quite weak!
Read MoreThe first light on my unit randomly works or doesn't. I contacted the company to replace the unit bc I can tell that it prosuct does not work the same when the light is not working. This happened less than 4 months after purchasing the product. After sending multiple videos and pictures, they said that tech support claims it's fine. As the customer and a user, I can tell it's not fine! They refuse to replace my malfunctioning product. Amazon says they can't help bc its outside of the 30-day return window. So, I'm left with a crappy product and nothing can be done they say. The company should do better if they are giving a 1 year warranty! No excuse for not making me happy by replacing my product!

I read a number of pros and cons about ionic foot baths before I invested in this one. Some people (including doctors) dismiss them out of hand. But I'm convinced they don't necessarily understand how these work. I decided to buy one, after doing my research, and I'm glad I did. And I'm especially glad I bought this one. I noticed that with a number of the foot baths, customers mentioned that they did not come with instructions, odd as that sounds. That is not the case with this one. In fact, there's a laminated sheet telling you everything you need to know, and a pamphlet in addition. One thing important you DO need to know about how ionic foot baths work is included: the color of the water as you use the foot bath is NOT the most important thing, and in fact some of the color comes from the array interacting with the minerals in your water, depending on how much iron, etc., is in your water. The ionizing foot bath works not primarily by removing toxins via your feet, per se; but it stimulates your body to do that for several days after you use the foot bath. What the ionic foot bath does, more specifically, is create negatively-charged electrons in the (salted) water that are absorbed into your body -- in a manner very similar to using an earthing/grounding mat (but more effectively, in my view), or by simply walking barefoot on the earth for extended periods. There's evidence from several studies and other research that this reduces free radicals and inflammation in the body -- which is why most people feel better after using the foot bath. This particular foot bath comes with two arrays (the second is a spare - the arrays are said to last for somewhere between 15-30 uses); a high-sided plastic tub; a cord that plugs into an outlet and then into a circular control panel, into which the array also plugs. The control panel is automatic: it runs for 30 minutes, the amount of time one foot-bath should last. The panel has small lights on it, which come on one at a time, successively, every five minutes -- at which times you're supposed to add an additional few pinches/ half-teaspoon of salt. The salt keeps the array properly doing what it's supposed to do. You also are given a plastic container of sea salt with a lid that both shakes and pours. So there's nothing you have to provide yourself. You get one other item as well: a large roll of big plastic bags. That's so you can slide the plastic tub into a bag and tie it off -- I use a twist tie, but the bag is long enough to tie it on itself -- before you fill it with water. (I use reasonably hot water, which the directions say is OK: choose a temperature that suits your feet, makes you feel good, remembering that it's going to take a half hour, so the water will cool down some during that time.)The roll of plastic bags and suggestion that the tub be put into a provided plastic bag is a little stroke of genius: the water gets pretty gunky with both minerals and some toxins. So when you're done, instead of having to clean the tub out, you can just throw your tubful of water into a toilet and flush it away, then take the bag off the tub and throw the bag away, and there's no additional cleaning you need to do, other than rinsing off the array with clean tap water. This particular foot bath works very well. It's automatic and needs no adjusting: just turn fill it, add some salt, plug it in, put the array in the water, put your feet in, turn it on and relax. It includes absolutely everything you need -- including the instructions that others leave out!
Read MoreBought it for a family member!! Loves it!
Read MoreThe electric probes are made of metal and they rust, and break down after a while which can cause serious health issues to the user. The rated useful life of the probe is not noted prominently in the included spa kit documentation (if at all). Why do the metal coils of the probes rust or break down at all?? I found metal particles in the tub after emptying it. What type of metal are they made of? Not published? They rust even with proper washing and drying, post use. This must relate to the useful life of the product. Ok fair enough so make sure you do not use it past the useful life. The company support group did not answer the phone nor did it respond to my inquiries. There is no USA address published anywhere. The rusted metal probes, in my opinion, pose a very dangerous hazard to your health due to rust and the breakdown of the metal probes. The useful life of the probes must be published prominently on every full spa package kit advertised with the potential health ramifications of using the probes beyond their useful life stated clearly. The useful life of the probes are published on the replacement probe purchased individually but not the kits.. Even so there is not mention of what can happen if you use the spa probes past their useful life. Amazon should investigate this further.
Read MoreSo I know there’s been a lot of conversation about whether or not these machines are hoaxes. I’ve read the reports and done experiments myself. While some doctors say that the brown color is rust and that the foot detox is a hoax. I can honestly say that in testing with my feet in the detox machine for 30 minutes and then testing it without my feet being in the machine, yes, in fact, the water did turn brown. But the difference in the results of my feet being in the water for 30 minutes versus being out of the water for 30 minutes was incredible.. there was no comparison. I can also tell you that after grappling with neuropathy for years, after having chemotherapy, this detox machine has made a huge difference in just a short period of time that I’ve used it.. Also, just so that you know, having neuropathy. I have tried many many things in stopping my feet from feeling numb and sore and feeling like I’m walking on marbles. But in a short period of time that I’ve used this machine, my feet are beginning to feel normal, and that has made all the difference in the world. So don’t take my advice, get the machine, try it for yourself, see what you think. Read the studies, read the reports, and then you make the decision as to whether you are going to believe the reports or you’re going to believe your own research.. Let that decision be yours, and not some study.
Read MoreThe tub is not as sturdy as expectedPlus liners will run out fast. The ion tool/coil has to be replaced every 15-20 timesIt does seem to help with joint pain a little.
Read MoreI received this item about 2 weeks ago and I've tried it 5 times. I believe from what I've saw within the product info that this seller is a good reputable company. Comments they have made to help prevent issues (the constant beeping) by inserting into the product a click thru trouble shoot shows me they care. I was having the contant beeping and was getting ready to search reviews for assist and saw their troubleshoot click thru. It was exactly what I needed. My product would beep constantly due to too much salt. Instructions (basic ones) say put 3t of salt in during use. I was only putting 3 pinches (much less) yet still it was too much for my water/the consistency so now I've used it these last 2 times with no salt and it works perfect. I am hoping the health benefits are truly there from using this device. Some people swear by it so I was happy to purchase.

Read MoreSo wanted to try this! Could not use. Instructions said not to use if you have an implant. I have a STIM implant. Also can not use with certain heart implants. Wish I knew this before I purchased.
Read MoreI had high hopes for this machine but sadly it was a let down. I followed the instructions step by step, the water did not change color at all, the machine is annoyingly noisy. I really hate giving 1 star reviews but there was no up side to this product.

Havent had a drink in 4 months. I vape and dont smoke anything else. So, I'm not unhealthy but now that I see these results, I'll use it 3 times per week for 1 month, then once per month as directed. It's not just on top of the water, it covered the whole bottom and throughout.Just look at the rim... pretty sick! These are my first two uses so hope it'll last!
Read MoreLove this for informational advertising
Read MoreI bought a small storage box with a lid that both my feet fit in instead of the upcharge for the foot bath. Then I can store my pieces in it when I am done. If you put too much salt in the bath it will keep beeping. You must empty the water and start with fresh. Try without salt, like after a workout. It starts bubbling most of the time without any salt.
Read MoreLove the poster. The information, colors & size are all great. Unfortunately, the packaging was very poorly executed. Since this is laminated, there is no way to iron out the wrinkles that it came with. Disappointed. Returned & was refunded without issues. Hope they will fix their packaging issue as I would still like to have a copy of this in my spa treatment room for my clients to view, but a wrinkled one doesn't look professional.
Read MoreThis product didn't work at all. I've used ionic foot baths before so I knew what to expect, but several things were wrong with this one. The 6 lights didn't come on like they said they would. One flashing light did stay on along with a screeching sound, but there were essentially no bubbles or change in the water color, either with or without feet in the bin. And they didn't include any bags for the bin.
