I'm not a full blown insomniac, but I've had trouble getting and staying asleep for well over 5 years. I changed to a healthier diet, cut back alcohol, lost significant weight, exercised more, got a sleep orthodic device (versus a CPAP), take Mg, Zn, Fe, K every night before bed, tried melatonin, various CBD's (CBDg, CBDn, D8, D9, etc.) but NOTHING has worked as well as this product! I even celebrated having an official DREAM the second night I used it! Three capsules nightly is the perfect dose for me. Now that it's proven its effectiveness, I'll definitely be on an automatic refill program with Amazon! SIX STARS!

Watched a video @ this product combination. Then went hunting-shopping for wealthy ingredient volume, dosage, bottle size & price. This was the best option.Just remember to take some while b4 actual bedtime. I dont, & think it has a residual affect after i wake, not a big deal fir me, but cld be for others. It is recommended to take1-2-3 hrs b4 bed, (if i remember correctly).I suffer from insomnia (days worth), which is a terrible thing for optimal mental effectiveness, & use a prescribed medication w various herbs & still sleep can be elusive.-This, really helps!

Found out about this from huberman, like you did. I’ve used it about 7 nights now. Started with one pill, and that helps but I’ve found 2 pills to really get me to sleep within 30-1hour from time of taking. One night I laid awake for an hour, my brain wouldn’t stop thinking, took a pill and within 20-30 fell asleep and stayed asleep all night.I don’t feel drowsy in the morning like nyquil makes me feel. The bottle recommends 3 pills but based on the huberman lab recommended amounts of each ingredient, three is overkill. Use 1-2 based on your own experience. There is no 3rd party testing mentioned on this ad so we just have to hope that what’s really in the product is what is advertised.

Hard to tell if it’s placebo or not but I’m pretty sure this is improving the quality of my sleep. Less frequent waking in the middle of the night and when I do I fall back asleep quicker.Great for if you have trouble feeling well rested and melatonin is too strong for you. At the very worst it doesn’t have any psychotropic effects and is a solid placebo. Definitely don’t feel any kind of dependency on it, but anecdotally I seem to sleep worse when I forget to take it.

This is exactly Andrew Huberman's suggested sleep stack from the Huberman Lab, in the right doses, in an easy to take form. It wasn't available on Amazon for a little while, so I had to go to 3 separate supplements and it was a real pain. Super convenient and effective in helping one go to sleep and stay that way.

I ordered this after a tiktok recommendation from a neurologist. It helps me feel sleepy at night but I still wake up tired. Overall it’s a great product with supplements that support wellness. Good alternative to melatonin

I slept three hours a night on these pills. I think the experience varies from person to person. I hate that I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep. So I have to take more.

I was happy to see this three in one product with Apigenin and Theanine Unfortunately, it gave me horrible stomach cramps. That's because it contains black pepper powder! Some people have a bad reaction to black pepper. It is puzzling why they added it to the pill.

In June 2022, my dr said my LDL's were at a point where I needed to consider taking a statin. I am not a big fan of prescription meds so I started researching. What I discovered is that Bergamot is excellent for reducing LDLs and increasing HDLs. I told my dr I had a plan and would come back in 4 months or so to have my blood work checked. In November 2022, blood work again. WOW! My LDLs dropped from 184 to 136. Now granted, I have cut back on pizza, cheese and red meat but even so, at 70, my dr said I have a < 6% chance of having heart attack in the next 10 years. As a side note, Bergamot also helps balance your blood sugar. I seriously do not get the sugar cravings I've had for years.I take two capsules per day. They are tasteless and do not create any type of digestive upset. I will continue to order this product and take for the rest of my life.

Im am in my 60s and my family has a history of high cholesterol and heart issues. Above all I want to state I did this with my doctor's knowledge and input!I also was on statins but was a no go due to fatigue and muscle issues. I was also genetically tested and have some genes that indicated I was not a good candidate for statins.I tried this for 3 month. I made sure not to change anything about my diet and made sure to keep my weight stable. I do try to eat healthy whole food and limit processed foods and really limit sweets to whole fruits. But I do have my weak moments (cheese, sometimes pizza, sauces, a drink with dinner on the weekends, etc.). I do not beat myself up as I realize its a lifelong quest to improve myself as I grow older and hopefully wiser at times.Ok so here are the numbers US numbers):Total Cholesterol went from 232 to 225Triglycerides went from 214 to 157 (My doctor and I were impressed with this)HDL went from 67 to 75VLDL went from 37 to 27LDL went from 128 to 123So were do I go from here? My doctor and I decided continuing the bergamot and to monitor my bloodwork closely and now try to hone in on some improvements. I am trying to limit cheese, no takeout, and alcohol. Instead of sauces and takeout pizza incorporated more herbs and spices in to the food including turmeric and ginger. Make my own dressings for my salads. Make my own pizza at home. When I can control what goes into my food I always feel better physically and emotionally when I eat healthy. Alcohol well so many reports are coming out about how it does not help the older brain and its one of the easy things to get rid of for me. I started slow by switching from high calorie drinks to lighter drinks and finally down to a shot of vodka in seltzer water and now I just drink the seltzer water at dinner for. Again if you are a heavy alcohol drinker always seek medical advice.I have been experimenting with food as medicine and losing weight for about 10 years and have a pretty good handle of where my food and weight issues are and how to tweak my diet and exercise to loss weight having lost about 80 pounds over these 10 years and keeping it off. I still have 40 pounds I want off but above all I learned to make small changes slowing and it will stick better and don't beat myself up when I get off track just recognize it and regroup and go again.Again keep your doctor in the loop and as a partner in your journey. Sorry for the long review I just want other to understand this is my journey and how I am doing it. This supplement does work and I am just viewing it as a starting point to get this cholesterol under control and like all things health wise I need to also step up and continue to improve my health in safe and effects ways that work for me.

Having been told I have high cholesterol, I started taking this to see if it would work better or at least as well as the statins my doctor wanted to prescribe and which give me some unwanted side effects. What I've found is that the bergamot works as well if not better than the statins without the unwanted side effects.The only thing I find unacceptable is the packaging. For although the manufacturer has reduced the size of the bottle, it still arrives only half-full. It would be lovely if the manufacturer did our planet a favor and reduced the size of the bottle so that it would be more nearly full and still allow space for settling and/or a cotton plug to reduce breakage (though this is seldom an issue with capsules). It would also likely allow the manufacturer to cut costs, which could perhaps be passed along to the customer.

My mom was able to take these with no problems. If you have hypoglycemia, caution as my sugar dropped when I took it. Talk with your doctor first before purchasing and check ingredients and research product.

So far I like these Organic Nopal Cactus Capsules - Prickly pear cactus — or also known as nopal, It's also known for its antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. We'll definitely buy it again.

I had a hard time swallowing the capsules, so I put some juice in an 8 oz canning jar, added contents of three capsules, and shook until mixed and drank. The juice covers the taste of the capsules which on their own with water wasn't bad.The capsules are not large, I just have a hard time swallowing pills/capsules.
