I take it in the morning now to add to my existing multivitamins and extra bit of vitamin B to keep me going energy wise they taste good I like the gummy’s do they work? It’s really hard to say with vitamins if it’s actually working or not but I feel like if I’m taking them, it should be giving me the extra boost Some days I feel like I have more energy sometimes I feel like I don’t so I don’t know if I can. I create that to my vitamin intake but they’re good for you so I take them and these are delicious.

These gummies are not only handy but easy to use. Break down quickly and take care of business!

These are easily the best tasting gummy vitamins I have ever had. I have trouble finding an assortment where I like every flavor, but that was not an issue here. All three flavors are delicious, even orange which I was skeptical about. The texture is not the same as other gummy vitamins, they aren't as chewy and kind of melt in your mouth. I think that is due to the lack of animal products. I'm not vegan so I don't really care that they are free of all animal products, but that is neat regardless. The only negative thing I have to say is that it isn't as wide of a spectrum of vitamins as I would like, but I knew that when I bought them. The flavor selection really won me over so I didn't care so much about not having as many vitamins. I highly recommend these vitamins to anyone that loves pineapple and strawberry.

i was very surprised but these gummies are tastier than the gelatin kind that i used to get. they’re also expensive but if you need the kind without gelatin, it’s worth it.

I dont really feel down anymore, I guess vitamins are actually necessary for mental and physical health as well as energy.

When I decided to go vegetarian a few years ago I needed to find a new gummy vitamin. I've been taking these for around 6 years and although they are pricey I find them to be delicious and don't upset an empty stomach.

I think these gummies are perfect for a daily multivitamin. They are good quality, taste good and I think for the amount of gummies you get they are a good deal.Note though, these are best for people who have trouble taking pills or for someone who has a good diet and just wants to add an extra supplement. I mention this for a few reasons. Since you take two a day and there is a decent amount of sugar in them it does add up over time and is not ideal; additionally, because of the sugar and pleasant taste you might be tempted to eat more than the serving size which is not recommended. Also, gummy vitamins are never really the same quality as regular multivitamins in pill form as the formulation means that usually you can't get the mineral content that is recommended and you might get less of each vitamin listed than you would get in a pill.With this in mind though, if you are looking for a gummy multivitamin specifically I think this one is great and I have no problems with it.

I really enjoy these Flamingo iron with multivitamin gummy‘s. They have a wonderful grape flavor that is not overpowering. And the gummy’s don’t stick to your gums. Delicious!

After sleeve I had to find a good multivitamin to take daily. I also had to find one that contained iron or I had to keep taking a separate iron pill. I bought these knowing I could try them for a month and change if I didn’t like they. I’ve been ordering them for several months now as they’re the only one I don’t mind taking daily. The taste isn’t bad and is very tolerable.

Okay so I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I needed to say some things because this product actually works. For the first time in years I wake up and feel awake. Not groggy and brain foggy.The taste—-> they’re delicious but the after taste definitely tastes like iron/blood. If this will freak you out, I wouldn’t recommend these. I can handle it (especially since they work) so it’s not so bad for me.The effectiveness—-> I’ve read some posts saying they’ve lowered the iron. This might be because you can poison yourself with too much iron and the manufacturers don’t know how much you get in your diet. So if their serving size is for 100% then it’s assumed you aren’t getting any in your diet. I just adjust my serving size accordingly.I will be buying again. It’s so nice to have energy again. I was iron deficiency anemia so I’ve been eating lots of fortified cereal (even though they add sugar 😢) and taking three of these a day. It works.

I was symptomatic anemic. My MD suggested a product with iron vitamin B and vitamin d. This met the description. About a week of taking these gummies and i was no longer fatigued all day, the papa tatian's and intermittent shortness of breath as well as dizziness we're gone completely. My energy levels skyrocketed! I was able to exercise without needing a nap or having to sit down for the rest of the day afterward. I highly recommend this product if you're anemic or just need a supplement. The only negative I can think of is that as with any product containing iron my bowel patterns change slightly. However this wasn't a deal breaker nor did it become a problem with proper hydration and exercise along with a balanced diet.

This was a gift to my sister, still waiting for results. So far she is just okay with the gummies

UPDATE: okay, I had to come back and update this review. I lowered my rating because chewing these gummies is nauseating. The horrible bloody taste lingers in my mouth and throat even if I try to wash it down with something. So they get three stars for effectiveness, but they lose two stars because the aftertaste is disgusting.—————————After only a few days I’ve really felt a noticeable difference in my energy levels with these gummies! I think they definitely work, but the aftertaste is really, really, really unpleasant. They leave your mouth tasting like it’s full of stale dried blood. They’re still worth taking, but just be aware that you can REALLY taste the iron.

The first thing that you notice is that these gummies have a CRUNCH, which is strange, but the second thing that you notice is the taste of BLOOD... I know this is Iron, which has its own unique taste, but this is HORRIBLE, truly like blood... and the after taste sticks around for hours....! These went straight in the trash. Would strongly recommend getting something else!! Eeekkkkk.

You can tates the iron but they still taste delicious. My atruggle was to make her take her vitamins, now I struggle to stop her from eating the whole bottle.
