A little goes a long way! Absolutely fantastic

Arrived quick. Well packed.Knew the product beforehand. It is amazing. For me, to get the most cleaning and shine, takes a lot of elbow grease. End up with a deep luster that's beautiful. Not a miracle worker, but a great aluminum polish.Have used it on chrome with success.

I have been using Flitz since the mid 80's. I also became an independent rep for them back then. Flitz is very widely used in many fields. A safe product. Non flammable, Non abrasive, Non toxic. I recommend it to everyone to this day.

Its about as easy as a metal polish can get. Place some on a cloth and rub on your metal object and just watch it magically get bright and shiny! I have used this on brass, chrome, and aluminum. It applies easily and it comes off easily too. Use a second clean cloth to remove what's left of polish and buff the metal clean. Stand back and look at the shine! Yes, its a bit pricy, but its worth every cent.

Very good and easy to put on and easy to use

I've used Flitz polishing products on and off all my life. When I bought my first small tube in the 80s I remember it being a bit more abrasive than Semi chrome. Now, it seems to be basically the same. An extremely fine abrasive, so fine in fact it is stated "non abrasive". Something completely non abrasive would be like RenWax.Then there's the ammonia question that always comes up. I have never used the liquid polish, so I can't say...but there HAS to be ammonia in this paste compound. The scent is strong and obvious as a bottle of the old Parsons unscented ammonia in the bottle...bad thing? No. But the advertisements are confusing.Flitz website says it leaves behind a protective WAX film...so polish, get the black residue off, go back and rub it down with a clean cloth, especially if the polishing is an intermediate step. You could use 90% rubbing alcohol or denatured alcohol to remove the filmThat being said does it do what it is advertised to do...clean and polish? You dang skippy it does! Everything I tried it on, although not as fast as Semichrome.Just a dab and I mean a DAB...very small amounts at a time. 2.5 pounds of this stuff? Unless you're detailing vehicles everyday?? That's gonna literally last a lifetime.

Polish like no other RVS polish

This polish works very good on aluminum. I used a wheel and it worked excellent.

Flitz is an outstanding polish. I needed quite a bit of it and was not able to locate the 1 pound can. False Creek Fuels had the product and shipped it in a timely manner. It arrived ahead of plan!!!

This stuff works great for polishing cases for reloading. I have used it on both the brass and the nickle cases and mixed with corn cob media with some nice results. Easy to clean off and it really does prolong the shine of the cases while resisting fingerprints.

I tried Flitz on my semi truck aluminium and I give it a 3 out of 5 stars. The Youtube commercials show Flitz working magic on aluminum and I didn't see the same. I also purchased the Flitz 7" buff ball and still not the same results as the commercials, and my semi truck was not a project that has been neglected for years, it's polished multiple times a year. I would not buy it again, went back to my tried and true Renegade Rebel Red polish.

I used this to polish my guns mostly. It works amazingly well and it won't damage any material it gets on.Best metal polish I've used.

Definitely works, seems expensive for such a very small bottle however

I started using Flitz to clean my O-gauge model railroad track rails. It has greatly improved the cleanliness and conductivity of the rail, and the rail tops shine like real mainline rail. It has worked so well that I expanded its use to shine old Morgan silver dollars, pewterware, and a number of other things that I was afraid would get damaged. However, I've found Flitz to be totally non-abrasive and cleaned like new without any damage. I highly recommend giving it a try, I think you'll like it. Plus it helps resist corrosion and oxidation.

My husband has used this on tires, metal blades, etc. Works really well. Easy to use and application is easy. No issues at all.

This product has a green color has no smell. I can’t speak to it’s durability, longevity or cleaning power because I used it to polish my resin products after sanding and it did nothing to improve the shine.

I used this to restore the shine to my Mother's 100+ yr. old serving tray, which had been "hiding" in storage for 45 yrs. It took several applications and more than a bit of elbow grease, but WOW!!

I was given some very old pieces of equipment from a ship, at least 60 to 70 years old. I tried four or five different types of cleaners, and there was no shine to this brass. I started working on the top of this brass captains wheel and got no where. Thankfully, I found this amazing metal polish and used it last night on the top of the captains wheel. I couldn’t believe all of the black stuff that came off. The brass which Had no shine whatsoever, after a few minutes, had a mirror shine! I never thought I could be excited about a metal polish. I have many pieces from the ship that I’ve got to clean, and now I can return them to the way they looked on the ship. Flitz Polish Is the only thing that will restore these items to their original luster. No matter what kind of brass or copper items you’ve got, do not waste your time on anything else just get this polish and you will be amazed. I’ve taken a few pictures Of the top of this captains wheel, which is just night and day from the way I got it. I still have some work to do on it, but now I know I can bring it back to the way it was. It’s very easy to use - all you do is put it on with the cloth. You don’t have to wait for it to dry - just polish it off. I will never buy anything else for cleaning metal but this polish. I’ve taken a few pictures. You can see a picture of the base of the wheel, which I have not worked on yet and then a picture of the flat piece to the top of the wheel with riding on it, but I just started working on and it’s turning into a mirror.

Great product.. very good results with very little effort. A month after using polish on the prop spinner still a mirror like finish.

This is a great polish! It's a little more expensive than I would expect to pay but maybe it's because I'm cheap and using it to polish pennies that I am using as buttons for leather wrap bracelets. Super easy and fast. Put a small dab on and polished it off in a minute with the desired result. I'm sure I could get an even better polish with my dremell and this polish. Highly recommend.

This is an established company that does decent a polish for most car chrome etc.Not really impressed with it . I had tried it on some chrome bumpers on my older corvette.It didn’t really polish up that great . I was hoping to get rid of some of the light oxidation .

Really good product mildly abrasive polishing compound.

It's amazing how thinking outside the box works. I had some Mothers automotive scratch remover, I also bought a set of buffing and polishing wheels for a drill. After using the scratch remover, which removed an astonishing amount of carbon residue, I used the Flitz Multi-Purpose Polish which gave my sink a mirror like finish. I just did the one side and it took about 10 minutes. I did this at night so it was just a quick job, I'll complete it and do the other side in the morning. I'm giving this product 4 thumbs up even though I have 2. One hint, don't go full speed with your drill or you'll end up with the residue all over your wall like I did. One other thing, I previously bought a kit from Amazon that was very labor intensive, it worked but man, I never want to work that hard on my sink again. This 2 step process was a walk in the park. I'll take pics before I do the other side to post up.

I've had this around since I'm a kid with my dad. Im 53 now and this stuff is still amazing. Great polish and it's the only one i use!

Work good

First this a great product, second it's messy so absolutely wear gloves and place whatever you cleaning or removing surface marks on a towel or something that will keep any excess from getting on other surfaces, don't get me wrong this product can be removed easily on smooth surfaces but will require some work on porous, textured or uneven surfaces (a moist toothbrush is useful). Use a terry cloth towel for the initial clean-up/wiping and then a microfiber towel for the polishing step, also keep a moist microfiber for wiping off around tight areas with grooves or irregularities. If you're removing minor scratches from metal, use steel wool (use bronze wool only on boats) the flakes will rust if you use steel wool, with a small amount of product on coarse to extra fine wool, don't be too worried about leaving marks with the coarse take your time and use the right amount of pressure for the type of material being cleaned, the finer steel wool will remove any marks left from the medium or coarse wool and leave a brilliant finish. For plastics or rubber clean small areas at a time and use small amounts of the product it makes life easier. When cleaning metals the product gets dark and messy this is normal, but remember it's messy if you touch anything other than what you want to clean it's more areas to wipe, have lots of gloves. The stuff cleans/works fantastically and leaves a protective layer for several weeks, want to make your stainless steel sink look brand new (wow), I have used it on metal, plastic, rubber, glass, and on cars and boat clear coats for small areas, compounds work much easier on large areas and in areas with seams or grooves not a knock on Filtz just experience with car and boat finishes, now for all the other surfaces forget about it this stuff is the best by far!!! You can protect with other quality coatings (polishes, waxes, or whatever you like) after cleaning or removing marks. I've used the product for years especially on my boat metalwork, isinglass, fiberglass, and chrome, lights, exhaust tips on cars, anything metal this is what you want!! Remember small amounts, small areas at a time. Last thing if the product dries or your forget to wipe off an area don't worry using a moist cloth/soft brush will easily remove it and doest harm the surface. Hope this helps
