Absolutely works to clean up the air quality in our 1600 sqft 3 bd 2 ba Florida home. It’s super quiet. So much so that you second guess if it’s still pushing air. I added a video with sound to give you an idea of how quiet it really is. With it on the low setting, air is still being driven at a good clip but you can’t hear it. If you stand above it the fan is blowing strong but it’s still silent. Medium speed you can hear air movement of sorts. On high you can hear it whispering low. So low that if your sitting on the couch next to it the sounds of the TV are never challenged. As for it creating better air quality, I can assure you it does. After the first 24 hours it was night and day in my home. Since turning this unit on 4 weeks back my nightly routine of allergy medication has gone to the wayside. All of our allergy eye issues along with mild respiratory issues are now gone. The air feels lighter and any of the Cat odors have left the building. I can’t stand the subtle odor of a cat and I’ve complained to the wife and kids for years about it since I’m rather over sensitive to smells of animals I’ve never wanted. But I can honestly say now with this Hathaspace Purifier when I return home after being gone all day the air smells and feels fresh. I’ve never been a fan of a home that hints of the smell of pets but the things you’ll live with to make your children happy. Right? Well now this machine has taken the hint of cat odor out of the equation.Visitors to our home have also purchased one of these and they love it. The instructions say to change filters every 4 months and the backup filters were only $30 so that’s not that much of an issue. I’ll probably switch out mine every 2 months since we have the cat. But that’s just me.If your on the fence deciding which one to purchase I can assure you this one works awesomely and it was half the price. Like I said, we have 3 bd 2 bath one level Florida home and it cleans the air for our whole house perfectly.I do recommend for anyone with seasonal allergies that can get trapped inside the home or with anyone who has a pet they prefer not to notice through their nose and lungs.

I do my nails at home, acrylics, which is very odorous and not really healthy, and the odor usually permeates the entire house with the windows open! Of course you can't open windows in the winter or even summer in Az., so I thought maybe I needed an air purifier, which I am SO glad I bought. I was working on my nails tonight, and I can see that the dirty air monitor came on as expected, and is working beautifully. Not even a whiff of monomer downstairs, which is usually very heavy. there and everywhere. This is the best investment I have made ever.. You will not be disappointed with this one. and I love the ease of operation, and the fresh air, which is so appreciated! I am so glad I made this purchase. I also had made prime rib yesterday and the fat rendering off in the oven smoked up the whole house. I left for a bit and came home and the smell was still there,even with the door open for hours on a nice day, and the fans and exhaust fan in the kitchen working it was very heavy. I just received this purifier on Christmas Eve, so it was still unopened. So I opened up the new package of my air purifier and turned it on. Within less than an hour, the entire 1600 sq ft house was free of the smell of the smokey fat, which likes to linger forever. I am so happy with the results of this purifier I just regret not getting one sooner. I was so happy with the quiet operation of the sleep mode with no lights if I so choose. Awesome! I've had this Hathaspace HATHASPACE Air Purifier HSP001 for 3 years as of May 2023. I've had zero problems with the unit and the air is so much noticeably fresher and cleaner. I have two small Pomeranian dogs and there's no dog smell.The cost has changed significantly from $165 in May 2020 to current. The filter cost has stayed consistent (around $40 per Replacement Filters - 1 Set), so that's a plus. They're not gouging customers on filters over a 3-year period.In 2020, they recommended changing the filter set every 6 months. They now recommend every 4 months. I'm not sure it matters. But when it is time to replace you can see all of the gunk in the air that was trapped by the purifier.It does what it is advertised to do, and I like the subtle white noise. It's not loud at all. This little powerhouse keeps you and your pets healthy for sure. I don't have anything bad to say about the unit. My friend has several through his house and raved about it, which is how I found out about Hathaspace.If you value your respiratory health and clean air – this is a no brainer.

I'll start off with my only issue. There definitely needs to be a 4th fan speed. The high level isn't as high/fast as I'd like, especially compared to other brands. I would love to try the new HSP002 model, but unfortunately I cannot afford it. I'm thinking its exactly what I'm looking for, especially in my large basement where our rescue kitties spend most of their time.So on to all the good points.I will be using this unit in my bedroom FYI.#1. The unit came fast once it finally shipped from Amazon. No issues crossing the border. It actually came 2 days early. I ordered extra filters as well which should do me for 10 to 12 months.#2. Setup is a breeze (zing). Take the unit out of the box, remove the protective plastic film from the unit. Pop the front off. Take out the filters and remove them from the sealed bags. Pop them back in (tabs facing out). Plug the unit in and away you go!#3. The unit appears to be decently made. Design. Fit. Finish. All good. I like the led display and it even came with a remote, which I wasn't expecting actually. All the filters appear to be nice quality as well. Although I wish the unit came with HEPA 13 filters, these are still great.#4. The ionizer works well. I won't actually use it often however as I am unsure how it affects pets. It's not just this brand, it's any brand. I haven't done enough research on the pros and cons of it. I'm sure it's safe but I cannot be sure as of right now. I plan on looking into it. The unit functions fine with it on or off so not a big deal.#5. Customer service. This company has great customer service. They answered all my questions. They were quick and courteous. No issues there.I will of course update my review as the months go by and I can't actually visualize how dirty the filters are. I've used many brands over the years and this is my first hathaspace unit so I'm happy to own one and try it out!I'd definitely recommend this unit. We have a parrot and were concerned about the amount of dust in the home. We bought two hathaspace air purifiers. One for downstairs and one for the bedroom. We are very happy with them and can tell a big difference in the air. It appears to be fresh and clean. We use the remote control which is easy to use. The noise level is low and you can hardly hear it. We have the bedroom one on sleep mode at night which is really quiet. The filters come off very easily so will be easy to clean.

Nice appearance and quiet operation. Cleans the air in a large room effectively. I bought another unit recently for the living room. The old one is in the kitchen. Very easy to change the filters.

We ordered the item in october and got it delivered to abu dhabi but as we live in bahrain we didnt receive the product until yesterdayWe opened the box remove the filters plastic and we tried to plug in bug unfortunately it is not working we tried on multiple connection points still it is not respondingCan we know what can be done in this matter we purchased this for almost 1500 Aed and now it is not in use

Sadly this comes with an American plug as standard and you need a convertor if outride USA. Very disappointing. Sounded like an excellent product but incompatible with where we live. Customer service quick to pick up the return. Still yet to be refunded.

I bought this product after mulling over so many options for True HEPA and H13 filter units. This one, while pricey, is not as expensive as other options ($500 - $900 and beyond). And basing my decision on the majority of positive reviews (on both Amazon and various external sites) on the Hathaspace HSP002 unit, I took a chance.The reason for me purchasing this item was because I have a child whose allergies are triggered by the slightest things that don't bother the rest of my family. Pet dander (we've got two cats), pollen, dust, and whatnot - it it floats in the air, it'll make him sneeze and cough.Out of the box, it looks fairly sleek and complements my living room furniture. Sure, it's tall, but I've had a big HEPA device before, and so I'm not bothered by its size. Out of the box, I put in the large H13 filter that it came with, plugged it in and set it to auto so that it starts doing its job. I let it clean the air from morning to evening, and it (at auto), it just runs at the lowest setting. I'm very happy that it's incredibly quiet at this setting as too much noise generated would be a big concern for the family. Even at medium speed, it's fairly muffled. At the highest speed, you'll notice it, but the sound is no louder than my ceiling fan at the fastest speed. Overall, it does a great job cleaning the air without too much noise. Also, I look at the device and it shows to fluctuate between a 6 and a 9 every single day (anything above 50 means you have relatively polluted air inside the house). Low numbers.After having this for a month, and running daily from morning to the evening, I have to say that simply put, it just works. How can I tell without hiring some microbial experts to sample my air quality? I look at my child and see how he's doing. Since we've had the device, my child's coughing and sneezing has gradually gone away in a matter of a week of the device doing its job. 4 weeks later, my son doesn't show any signs of allergy suffering. Breathing is normal, no reactions when the pets are near him, no issues with pollen (we've got plenty of indoor plants).I am also aware that the filter has to be replaced every 3-4 months, depending on how often you have it run. I was prepared to shell out the money for the filter (on a recurring basis), so I went to the Hathaspace website and purchased a subscription (quarterly) for them to deliver. $49 per filter (subscription price), for those of you curious.Overall, I am very pleased and very happy with this purchase. It's made a difference for my son, and that's all that matters to me. If a device does what it's supposed to do (and very effectively at that), then I'd say this purchase was well worth the money and then some.

I have terrible allergies and I got this purifier to help me with my allergies! I love that it has a filter that filters out just about everything! Once my husband was burning leaves outside and the wind shifted and the smoke blew towards our house and started coming into the house and the purifier cleaned the smoke out of the air fast! So you can really see it work! The only thing I’ve noticed that doesn’t work that good is the air quality monitor. It always bounces back and forth between 7 and 9. Doesn’t seem to react to pollen, pet dander, dust or possibly mold. But it does register VOC’s! If it picks up a any smell, air freshener, smoke, or the VOC’s from using the stove and oven the air quality monitor goes way up! But other than VOC’s it stays at 7 and 9. But I don’t mind that. It works great and I just keep it set on speed 4 instead of using the manual setting because I want to make sure it’s circulating the air constantly to help with my allergies so it does what I need it to. Would be nice to know the air quality for dust, pollen, dogs, and mold just to know what’s in the air throughout the day, but as long as I know it’s cleaning the air, that’s what’s important for me! And it’s amazing how it picks up VOC levels! I never knew ovens created so much VOC’s! I would definitely purchase this again. I love that it cleans large areas instead of just a small room. I did a lot of research before purchasing this unit and it was the best one for the price. If you research the square footage air purifiers cover, the CADR rating, the actual number for the air quality sensor, how many times it circulates air in the room, the warranty, the price, how much the filters cost to replace, how often you have to replace the filters, and what the filters clean out of the air, you can see that this unit is the best overall air purifier for the price. I researched most of the top brands before getting this one! The 5 stage filtration on the filters, and the medical grade hepa filter was a big reason why I got this one. It filters everything from pollen, pet dander, VOC’s, and viruses. I also didn’t trust one that emits ozone because there’s conflicting info on whether ozone is safe or not. And this one doesn’t emit ozone! Other brands I looked at were Germ Guardian, Levoit, Blue Air, Honeywell, Breath Smart, Nuwave, Sharp, Medfy, AirMega, Winix, Austin Air, Oransi, Air Doctor, Ren Pho, and Rabbit Air and Alen and this beat all of them when I compared the square footage, CADR rating, price, air quality sensor, how often air circulates the room, price of filter and how often you change the filter and the warranty. I also researched the Amazon reviews on all the purifiers and chose this one! So if you are looking into air purifiers ignore what companies say about their purifiers. Do the research and compare the above things like I did! Especially pay attention to the square footage and get one that covers the square footage you need for your home! But you can’t go wrong with this one! Its a working machine and does great at keeping your air clean!

We have a large main floor and many (I repeat many) cats. I used to have horrible sneezing fits fairly regularly (that would send the cats flying in a scurry of toenails on tile floor). We also just welcomed a granddaughter. So we thought it might be time to see if an air purifier would help. After researching, I chose this one, largely because of its high capacity. It is placed centrally, in the kitchen, and effectively covers the whole main floor. The impact has been quite surprising, in the 5 months since we got it, my allergy attacks have been largely non-existent. It is fairly large but is sleek and attractive. Does not look out of place in my kitchen. It is quiet most of the time but the fan is pretty powerful when it needs to be.

We were surrounded by wild fires and I have lung issues, put one in my bedroom and cleaned the air back to no smoke levels. Changing filter super easy. This goes on sale - watch prices so you don't overpay, filters are quarterly and a bit pricey so make sure to budget. Love these, absolutely best purchase!

Went hunting for an air purifier because of my cats but also because my area has become prone to forest fires in the summer recently. Almost every June-Aug we have really abysmal air quality at some point.Threw it into my living room since that’s where we spend the most time and this morning I stepped out the door and was surprised to smell smoke. Highly impressed and fully endorse.

I have had this filter for about a year now. I keep it by the kitchen to capture cooking odors, and it's a high traffic area for my two cats. It catches a lot of dust and fur! It also does a very good job of clearing out cooking smells from the home. Would definitely buy again without hesitation.

I live in the country and the neighbor often likes to burn wood which somehow gets into my house. Also, now with wildfires burning more often it is so nice to be able to turn this on, see the numbers go from 45 to 9 and know that I am in a room with clean air. These are expensive but the last one lasted me more than one year. The Hathaspace helps when I do yoga and at night it has a sleep button so the lights go out and you can still use it. It is slightly higher priced than other brands but I have tried other brands and this one works the best.

These are good filters for my air purifier. When they were unavailable, I bought some made in China that were also fine, but much cheaper. Even so, I try to stay with the manufacturer of my unit.

I tried an off brand filter for my Hathaspace HSP002 air cleaner, and it did not do anything to remove odors. When I reordered the original Hathaspace filter, there was a very noticeable difference. It's pricey, but worth it to remove cooking and doggy odors from the house.

Hathaspace filters are excellent. They remove dust and odors and last very well. Knock-offs don't seem to work as well so I stick to Hathaspace, particularly for summer when dust and smoke can be an issue where we live. But they are really a rip-off in terms of cost. Better knock-offs might work for winter, and I will likely continue to try them for less critical periods given these outrageous prices.Note: these were shipped in a plastic bag, and one corner was slightly knocked in. Fortunately, the border is fully covered in foam-rubber which compensated for the slight rounding when inserted in the Hathaspace filter.
