I've used the same product for past 5 years now and ordered 1 again. This is just amazing and very easy to use. Quickly gets warmed up and ready to use in minutes which lasts for quite some time. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for such product.

This compress its just warm enough for soothing and giving pain relief unlike the traditional rubber based compresses containing water that get super hot. the compress gets auto shut off after heating 10-15 mins. the red cloth cover is super comfortable and cozy to the touch. if you need a hot compress, this is not for you. I was that person until I used this and realized the warmth (the right temp) provided worked as needed. the best part is, there is no requirement of adding hot water to this product. you simply need to plug in and it will heat up for use. it's helpful for mentrual cramps and back/neck pain relief. I am providing a pic here to show the product size in comparison to my hand.

I have had this hot water pad for around three months. I have had post Shingles pain for seven months and this pad helps me when the pain is severe. The pad heats up between 5-15 minutes depending on how often you use it. The heat lasts from 2-6 hours just as listed. The pad will be quite hot when it is done charging. I like to put it under a blanket while I am laying down. Make sure you do not use it while it is plugged in. Also when the pad is almost done charging it makes a buzzing noise as a reminder to unplug it. I would recommend this to other buyers. So far I am quite pleasedUPDATE: I purchased another heating pad as the previous ones were getting well used and would not heat up as much as they did when I first bought them. The new hot water pad is just as good as the previous pads. I have been suffering with post Shingles nerve pain for over2 1/2 years and they help take the edge off the pain. I again wrap the pad in a towel after heating it up. This helps keep it warm for a long time. Make sure not to use the pad while it is plugged in and do not put in on bare skin without wrapping it. The heat is quite hot at first but as time goes on it will get cooler. I hope this helps those who are in need of help with pain.

I use this mostly to warm up my feet when I get into a cold bed at night.Pros:1) It heats up quickly.2) It gets quite warm. In fact, it gets so warm that I can't have my bare feet touching it for long (when it's just been heated).3) It stays warm all night, granted it is under the covers all night. When I remove it in the morning to make the bed, it is still a little warm.Cons:My only complaint is the "sandwich" style charger, which makes it a bit more cumbersome to plug in. My first model had a regular charger and it was very easy to use so it's a bummer they changed the design.Overall, I'm really impressed and this has helped me fall asleep faster when I get in bed and my feet are cold.

I've had two of these. I purchased one at the end of February this year and have basically used it for a month. It just died on me. The same thing happened with the first one. I like the product so I gave it 3 stars. The concept is a great idea. However, because I have had bad luck with durability, I can't recommend buying this.

I initially liked my Happy Heat Hot Water Bottle! It was a game-changer as a cozy companion for chilly nights. Initially, it warmed up quickly, providing soothing relief to my stomach and neck. However, over time, I noticed it took longer to heat up. Sadly, after 5 months, it stopped working altogether. Despite my best troubleshooting efforts, it just wouldn't start heating again. While it was great at first, its longevity was disappointing.

It does get really hot at first, but it stays hot for a while. I love it right before I go to bed to help my relax since I’m always freezing cold and I don’t want my hands like ice when I’m trying to go to sleep. I think it’s loosing water somehow but it still heats up and works fabulously.Edit: I ordered another one 3 years after my first one went out. I use this thing all the time, when I’m on vacation, at home, on my lower back on my work chair, at night on my stomach for cramps, for my constantly freezing hands, the back of my neck at night in bed while I’m watching TV… every where. After 3 yrs, the first one got so much air in it I really thought it was going to pop! And one of my boys stepped on the end of the cord that plugs into the heat pack and broke the paddle off, so it still connected and heated, but it was hanging in by a thread. I’ll probably order another one of these after this one goes out too. 😀

If you have never had one, then you are missing out. I do use for my hands alot but I also put it on where I am hurting. Just plug it in and it doesn't take very long, approximately 15-20 minutes and it's ready for you to enjoy! I have not used the dried lavender that comes with it.

Got for my Mom who has painful arthritis in her hands. It's eady to slide hands in & out. Heated mittens did not work for her, they were too hard to get on. This works well and she finds it eases the pain. Only negative is that it is very heavy. It's like a hot water bottle, so the liquid that heats up weighs a lot. Also, it does get very hot if leave it plugged in the full 15 minutes. 10 minutes works just fine and it stays warm for a long time.

Totally worth it! I bought it for my hubby, he comes home from work each night with aching hands, and so cold from working outside - even though it was a pink color i bought it anyway - I plugged it in, charged it as per instructions, took 15 minutes just ad it said, hubby came home, I handed it to him and said put your hands in this - he did and suddenly said "wow! That is great!" It was super warm, the lavender pouch smells amazing, the heat lasted 3 hours, he LOVED it, said his hands felt better than they have in a long time, eased the pain & cold. He put it on his lap while eating & said it was keeping him warm & liked the lavender smell wafting into his nose LOL! He was so happy, thanks Happy Hands!

This product is truly pointless and awful. Everything it lists as an advantage is actually a disadvantage, plus it doesn't even do what it claims to do. The unit I received didn't fully charge, the heat didn't last, PLUS - the second you get it, you realize, 'oh wait, it takes 10 minutes to charge - I could just get a microwavable one that would take 1/10th the time!). The unit is heavy - so useless of hands - and filled with some weird, unnamed fluid - who knows what's in it. The kicker: they 'full return' policy is complete BS. FIRST - they make you pay your own shipping, then they arbitrarily charge a 50% 'restocking' fee, so that I ended up down almost 2/3s of the purchase price for the privilege of getting their sucky product, having to take it to the UPS store, and then get REPEATEDLY insulted by the company so that they can fulfill their 'reply within 48 hours' and thus close off avenues for Amazon complaints. Save yourself the troubles (and the money) and avoid at all costs.

This product is great! I'm a Hair Stylist of 22 years with advanced osteoarthritis and my hands are the worst due to my job. I'm in horrific pain after work, my joints get so inflamed that heat helps so much. This heated water pad is even better than a regular heating pad. The charger heated in 15 mins and is still warm after an hour of use. I flip the happy heat over when I place my hands in so the water part is directly on top joints. I'm very happy with this product.

When I first bought this, it worked really well. It got very hot, almost too hot. However, after barely using it for the last 6 months, it barely heats up. I’m pretty disappointed in the quality.

I wasn't sure I would love the lavender smell but I took the chance. It comes in a small package and it's optional. It's really soft, and its something I look forward to all day long.I have Rheumatoid arthritis and I live in Illinois so it's horrible winter weather and it's extremely helpful to have this heating bag. It's really cool, it'd prefilled and you just have to heat it up. The water inside boils and once it's done you get to use it. It's really hot at first so be very careful! But it really does the job. I don't have to worry about waking ip in a significant amount of pain when I go to bed using this. I just love it and I would buy it again.

Buying Guide

A warm compress is a multi-purpose accessory that you can use to apply heat to sore muscles and joints. Warm compresses are also known to reduce inflammation, provide menstrual relief, and are an excellent tool for relieving pain and tension. When searching for the best heating device, consider its design and versatility. Look for warm compresses with a portable and reusable design. For instance, a heating pad that is rechargeable, lightweight, and cordless. You also want to look for a well-insulated heating pad that can easily retain heat for a few hours. A soft, protective cover is beneficial as it shields against skin contact. Also, look for durably made compresses with practical functions like an auto shut-off mode or a quick charging design. Ultimately, choose a warm compress that contours to your body, allowing a versatile approach by alleviating aches in any area or angle.
