Previously I had an elevation pillow that was at a straight 30 degree angle and uncomfortable. This pillow puts me in a much more natural position. I can reduce the swelling of my feet and legs with the pillow on my bed or on my couch. The quality is great and the pillow is firm enough. It arrived in a vacuum sealed bag, very flattened for shipping. When released from the bag it took its normal shape and within maybe an hour or two was ready to use. I also like the washable cover. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to see how well this order has worked out. I will especially appreciate it when I have knee surgery.

Comfy, so many positions to choose from, you’ll definitely find the right fit for you. Good squishy marshmallowy memory foam. I was considering this one but bought a less expensive version first and hated it. Replaced it with this set and it was night and day. The quality is so much better. I bought this to help me sleep more comfortably with my cpap mask and now I can’t imagine sleeping without it. They provided two vacuum seal bags in the box so I squished them down to pancakes and took them on a roadtrip. They puffed right back up perfectly. Would recommend!

This cushion is lovely, it's nice and big and very comfy. Like some other comments I did slide down on the first night of using it but I easily solved that by putting a large bed pillow at the bottom of the bed so my feet were touching it and voilà problem solved. Excellent sleep since. 😴

I bought this wedge anticipating an upcoming surgery where I'll need to sleep with my torso elevated. It's nice — good quality, well-cushioned, with a nice material — but it's not quite as thick or supportive as I would've liked. I'll have to add more pillows to get the level of elevation I was hoping for.

I use this to reduce leg swelling. Keeping my legs elevated overnight helps my circulation and keeps me fitting in my shoes without having to wear ugly compression socks. The wedge is great. I especially like that it has a flat top to rest my calves on. And it does a great job reducing my swelling. The pillow is very durable. It's lasted a year and is still going strong.However, the pillowcase is terrible. Like something you would find on a dog bed. It's washable, but it pills and gets itchy. And there's only one pillowcase so you have to wait for it to dry. I wish there was an outer slipcover or some other pillowcase I could get to put over it. That would be perfect. I wish every wedge pillow on Amazon came with an extra cover. They're all different shapes so it's hard to find just a case.I keep using this pillow because I really like the shape, but I'm in the market for an upgraded cover or a better pillow.

I bought this pillow to use after I had ankle surgery. I specifically bought the one that both legs could fit on because it’s most comfortable to me. At first, I was concerned that both legs wouldn’t fit because of the splint I had on. However, both legs fit great and it’s very comfortable. Way better than having to use several pillows stacked together.

I bought this pillow following foot surgery to keep my foot elevated.I am 5’5” and the pillow fits me perfectly to provide support under my knees, and long enough that my heels are still on the pillow. It is light weight, but seems firm enough to wear well and give firm support. It is wide enough that both my legs fit comfortably on it. As a bonus, it helps to relieve the lower back pain that usually plagues me at night.My only complaint is that the handles aren’t in convenient places for carrying/adjusting, but it’s not a big problem. Also, I’m not sure how well the cover will hold up; there is already some pilling from the velcro on my ice packs. I do wish there was a removable cover for washing.I would definitely recommend this to someone needing a leg pillow.

I ordered this cushion to use when elevating my leg after foot surgery. It has been wonderful and comfortable. I love that it is contoured for both legs, but can still be used for single leg. It is thick but cushioned. It is stable and stays pretty stationary, even when sleeping. I am very pleased with this product! My only wish is that it had handles on both sides of the front, rather than just one on the left side but not a big deal. It’s perfect for what I needed!

I just had hip replacement surgery a weekago. And this is a God-send. In the past when doctors have said “elevate” I’ve commandeered the firmest bed pillows from everyone in the household, then stacked them and tried to rest while elevating. Results? Little time elevating and no time resting. The pillows toppled again and again, leg fell off or sunk below where my heart was, pillows had to be re-stacked repeatedly, lower back hurt, didn’t know what to do with other leg so kept changing (on pillows, off pillows))But THIS THING solved all those issues. Brilliant. So glad I invested in it. No doubt will use it post surgery as well, simply for lower back pain relief.

This is a super-comfortable leg pillow! If you are on your feet a lot, have back problems, or are having surgery on the lower body, you need this. The height is perfect and the upper surface is long enough for knees and feet to be on the same level. The cover is soft and washable (although I haven't washed it yet). The only thing I didn't like is it has a slight chemical smell that dissipates within 12 hours. Edit: This pillow also has a raised edge to keep your legs from falling off. Just a great buy.

I fell years ago and damaged some nerves in my right leg, and it became almost impossible to get a good night's sleep because of tingling pains. This has made a world of difference in my life. At first, I thought it might be too confining, but have had no problems sleeping at all while using it. The only negative thing I can think of to say is that it doesn't come with a washable cover so had to make one myself. It is big, but not heavy, so it is easy to move around if you desire.

I like that both legs can be equally comfortable while needing to elevate your legs! Will continue to use after long weeks of work on my legs!

My hubby broke both ankles and had to wear boots on both legs. I bought this to keep his feet elevated. He said it was very comfortable and roomy. The quality was outstanding and the hand grips made it easy to place it in the desired position. I highly recommend it and look foreard to using it myself after a knee replacement.

I originally bought this for when my wife and I watched TV in bed on occasion. I rarely used it, and kept it stored away in our closet. Meanwhile, I was sleeping in the guest bed every night because I snored like crazy. I had a sleep study, turns out I have sleep apnea, the doctors recommended a CPAP... Ugh... I tried it on and couldn't do it. I'm not sleeping with a mask over my face... So one day I decided to try sleeping on the wedge. The next morning, I look over and see a beautiful sleeping wife. This means that I didn't wake her up all night with my snores. She said she didn't have to roll me once. Fast-forward six months, same result every night. *One night she said she had to roll me once* but one night in six months, a single snore, HUGE progress. No CPAP, no living in the guest bed, and best of all, HAPPY WIFE!! I hope this works for some other people, good luck!

After using the flat top pillow one night for my lower legs, I could tell a difference for the better. It arrived promptly and was almost to the full height within a few hours. I wish I had bought it years ago. I will be taking it with me every time I travel and recommending it to friends. I bought the Sleepnitz wedge pillow for my upper torso. They work together well. I use it during the day on top of my bed or couch. Love it! Five stars!

This wedge pillow has been a game changer for me at night! I use my regular pillow on top of it so basically the wedge is an inclined mattress. I had been having terrible heartburn during the middle of the night and would have to use multiple pillows to try and prop myself up to help with it. One night I had a terrible episode of acid reflux and I couldn’t fall back to sleep after feeling like my throat was on fire so I started searching on Amazon for a pillow to help with it. I found this one and have had it for about two weeks now and I have not had even one night of heartburn since using it! That is incredible for what I had been experiencing before! It took a few nights to get used to the angle of it but now my body has figured it out and I think I sleep better altogether with it. My husband has not noticed me snoring either since I’ve been using it! That has been an unexpected positive effect as well. I was thinking before I bought this that I would need to invest in an expensive mattress that I could angle to sleep on an incline. No need for that now! It seems to stay put while sleeping too. This is totally worth the $40!!!

I recently had knee surgery and was told I needed to elevate my legs. This pillow helped with the healing process and was very comfortable. It kept the swelling down. This pillow is nicely stitched and made with a soft material. I continue to use this every night when I go to bed. I even bought a second one for my father who has sciatica pain. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who has leg, edema, or who suffers from sciatica. It’s a great product with a great price.

This wedge pillow offers the best/healthiest way to sleep -- not lying flat! 😴 My husband was in the hospital recently and he kept flattening his bed and every time the nurses would raise it up. They said they had to keep his upper body elevated. They can't let you lay flat.There's a learning curve with this for sure, especially if you're not a back sleeper, but it is amazing how much better you feel sleeping this way.My husband's snoring has diminished substantially. I have to use one for GERD treatment and initially hated it but now I cart it with me when I travel. I know -- it's my wedge-of-shame like my dog's clown collar! And I don't care!

I needed a wedge to lift my head when I sleep because every once in awhile I have problems with acid reflux. I ordered this one because it was well-priced and the 7.5 inch height is perfect. It arrived quickly and I used it for the first time last night. At first, it was awesome in every way. I did notice the scent that all visco-elastic has. No problem. I fell asleep quickly but after a few hours, I was jostled from my snooze because I couldn't breathe. I realized that the scent from the foam was quite strong. I assume it got stronger due to the heat of my body. The smell permeated everything, including the down pillows that were laying adjacent to the wedge. I removed the wedge from my bed and had to put the down pillows on the floor because of the strong smell. I then had to rig my other pillows to elevate my head.So, one star off because of the strong smell. I assume the smell will dissipate as the wedge is exposed to fresh air. But be advised that if strong smells are an issue, this may not be the wedge for you.

I found this pillow to be very comfortable for lifting my legs for circulation for resting or sleeping. It might be too short for taller people however. It also could benefit by being wider so you can stretch your legs out wider for comfortable stretching of the hips and groin.

Item arrived fine, popped right up to full size (ships flattened). No heavy/toxic odor which was nice! I got the 7" one, hoping it would allow me to still be able to sleep on my side, but nope. It shows people sleeping on their side, but it is too much pressure on the ribs/hip then after about 5 minutes. I'm almost 60, so maybe that only works for younger people in great shape. LOL Otherwise, the quality seems quite good - I will use it as a loveseat cushion instead.

Such a shame I cannot return this without the hassle of having to put it in a box! The pillow is just way too firm making it uncomfortable for your legs. It serves more as an obstacle than a comfortable pillow for your legs.Forced to leave a negative review because I could not return it without having to deal with packaging!!

This is a superb pillow helping my multiple sleeping issues - sleep apnea, snoring, shoulders pain due to sports injuries and neck sore due to the shoulders pain! i do place a therapeutic pillow on top of the wedge pillow to allow for better side sleeping. I have deeper sleep with this wedge pillow and feeling so much more energised the next day - something i have been missing for so long! Pillow is firm that stays in shape, which i really like it this way. The pillow instantly decompressed the moment i opened the packaging which i am really glad. Sure hope this pillow will go a long way :)

This lived up to my expectations of being excellent quality and a life saver when it comes to night acid reflux. I previously had a larger higher wedge pillow which I slipped down all the time and was no good for my chronic back and knee pain caused by osteo arthritis and my reflux. This pillow is perfect - my acid reflux has virtually disappeared and I wake up with much less pain and stiffness.The pillow itself is high quality and I didn't experience any of the poor shape problems people have mentioned upon opening the product when receiving it.

A soft memory foam top with a firm base for comfortable support to sit up in bed to read or lay down to sleep. The wedge decompressed to full size after about an hour without the pillow case. Pillow case is easy to slip off and put back on. Overall very happy with purchase.

It’s been 3 days since I unwrapped it and this is what it looks like. It’s clearly not going to expand any further and I’ve wasted $75. Absolutely do not recommend, this is going to end up in landfill, I won’t even be able to give it away. What a waste.
