There are so many things to like about this product. The ingredients, the fact that there is no soy, no GMO, nothing artificial. The flavor is wonderful, I have always been a big fan of chai. I put a scoop in with a bit of ice and blended it in a magic bullet. It frothed up nicely and was delicious to drink. The only complaint I have is that the contents kind of congeled around the bottom of the glass. I added a bit of water to the end, swirled it a couple of times manually and gulped it down. Not bad. The powder if very finely milled. More fine that most powders. It is ever so slightly grainy but this is just nit picking. It has 3 grams of sugar, which are all natural. It does not have a chemical taste, which I greatly appreciate. The last thing that they did to build loyalty is to provide a QR code on the back for 10% off of your next purchase. Well done!

Good choice for people wanting a plant based protein without whey. It mixes quickly and if drunk right away, there is little aftertaste. Just don’t let it sit after mixing or it will congeal!

I was using chocolate Kachava, and the price was always a factor. The pure Choclate flavor by Kachava is better....But... I have found that adding frozen Blueberries and Strawberries from Costco to my LyfeFuel made it hands down the better drink, plus more antioxidants .Add 3 LyfeFuel scoops of blueberries and 3 frozen strawberries to 8-9oz of water , then add 1 scoop of lyfeFuel Choc, and the Stevia taste disappears, and the drink is amazing.. try it ..

The one thing that’s makes asked this good it the number of servings. It has a bit of a chalky taste but if you add banana it’s fine. I love that it is vegan and has a lot of nutrients. And such a low calorie count

Maybe it's just me but I shook this up so much and it was still chalky. Even added more liquid. The taste is ok but can't get past the texture.

All I could taste was the Stevia. I wanted to like this; I tried. I couldn't even make it through the bag. It was overpowering.

When I first smelled it I was convinced it was just sewage smell coming up from my kitchen sink. Would not recommend. I imagine this is what powdered goat excrement tastes like.

It did not have any flavor. It tasted like I had mixed flour into water.

Buying Guide

Whether you’re trying to gain muscle, lose weight, or stay in shape, post-workout recovery supplements can help. This guide will explore the various aspects of a post workout shake so you can make an informed choice when searching for one. The first to consider when choosing a protein powder is the source of the protein. Different types of protein sources can have varying benefits for specific goals. For example, whey protein is popular as it is quickly absorbed and is effective for muscle-building, while soy protein is more suitable for sustained energy and digestion. Protein powder is also a source of essential micronutrients such as carbohydrates and fats. Look at the micronutrient content to understand how much of each is in the product and how it relates to your needs. Also important, protein powder supplements can have a wide range of flavors, from chocolate to strawberry to vanilla. If you don’t enjoy the taste of the powder, consuming it can be challenging. Most protein powders can have a variety of added ingredients. Analyze the list of ingredients on the label to ensure your powder has natural ingredients and no artificial additives. Additionally, check to ensure it contains no added sugar, which can be unhealthy and cause crashes. By analyzing various aspects of a protein powder, you can ensure that you choose the best shake for your post-workout recovery.
