Very ease to set up, Performance, Nice quality and it isn’t heavy, Great value, Didn’t leave a taste on my coal. Looking to start my own hookah business so I will be purchasing more products from this company.

It's a wonderful charcoal burner! I have had mine since January. I admit that I had trouble with the handle at first, but a week or so in, I could do it left handed with my eyes closed (safety tip: don't actually try it with your eyes closed. That was hyperbole on my part. The off-hand bit is tru tho)

This is a good coal burner. It gets hot fast. It was easy to clean and easy to use.

People here have mentioned longevity of this coal starter. For the price, it was a no brainer. It does seem to be deteriorating especially on the surfaces that heat up, but for how long I've been using it I've been surprised at the quality. Definitely does a better job than my stove top. Cleaner too.

Had an issue airh the first one but customer service reached out to me and rectified it asap. It was a great experience dealing with them. The replacement also lived up to the statement that's advertised here. It burns fast and works well. Would definitely recommend

i would say this is a great idea, not so great long term. as you can see the pan eventually warped and the bottom fell out. I've had this for exactly 4 months now with daily use. i loved the portable tray but without it, it's just like the hot plate i used before. wish it lasted longer but for the price, i guess it did what it was supposed to do

I love this hookah but to all who expected the hose to be magnetic 🧲 and fit in easily into the hookah, it's not. The only thing that keeps it in there is the rubber peice and honestly I had to switch out the hose since the one it came with gave me a bit of trouble. Otherwise smokes great, looks great and hasn't rusted on me yet!

I just got this Hookah and it is absolutely amazing! It came super quick and it was well packaged and protected in thick foam. It didn't take too long to set up, especially if you're used to putting them together.It looks gorgeous and has a really smooth air flow. The glass base is quite sturdy and looks very classy and modern at the same time.;

The hookah was the best I ever purchased, the purge come in handy. Really nice hookah overall, although the I’m putting five stars i was in between of putting four starts because there were no clear instructions. I had to go everywhere just to find out that you have to put the three pearls into the three holes of the hookah.

Ordered twice. It came missing a necessary piece to assemble the first time and the replacement came and the glass was cracked down the middle. I ordered one for my friend and I liked it so I ordered one for myself. I just couldn't seem to receive a functioning product.

This product is the perfect hookah for any beginner, it comes standard with Stem, Tray, Tongs, Bowl, Base and Magnetic Hose Port along with a durable Silicone Hose and Metal Handle. This Hookah also offers a diffuser which allows for less noise and better smoke output. I highly praise the price and value you get when purchasing this product. Most people get a Mya Cage Hookah for this price which DOES NOT COMPARE in quality or smoke output. Also, all the parts come off making for an easy clean-up/storage.

So I bought this cause it looked like it had all the right features and at a amazing price I knew it being on the cheaper side it would have some issues but my issues are it isn’t what’s pictured or what’s reviewed in the videos first didn’t come with the diffuser like it shows in the pictures second someone mentioned a magnetic hose didn’t have that also i don’t know why one guy has that and mine dosent third I know I didn’t buy a used one but my box came beat up if it was used at least tell me all that being said and done it works it’s good for the price If it comes as actually advertised also I did message the seller just haven’t heard back so maybe these issues will be solved or addressed I’ll update if that’s the case

Ottimo prodotto fatto con dei materiali di pirma qualità e ben curati in tutti i dettagli. L'unica cosa negativa a parer mio è che il contenitore dell'acqua è leggermente piccolo quindi alla fine non rimane una grande camera per il fumo ma nonostante questo fa comunque tantissimo fumo.

Fume bien, très bien fini. La tête fourni en terre cuite est pas mal on sens bien le goûtTuyau pas terrible en revanche.

Honestly a great charcoal for hookah and will continue using. They last long and burn hot! Definitely recommend to anyone getting into hookah!

My go to use to be coconara but I’ve noticed using these the smell when burning is minimal compared to coconara as well as these cubes being 3x bigger so it’s gives a better smoke & obviously lasts longer. Smoking from a 2 person hookah it lasts almost 2 hrs. Putting my burner on max it takes about 8-10 mins before it’s ready. Definitely gonna start using this brand for coals from now on

All charcoal i get is in the range of 16$ for 72 pieces. This is great price for $15 with 84 pieces. Also, great charcoal specialty for Shisha

These are alright, they dont burn evenly though and sometimes one side goes out. Thats the most annoying thing. The smell isnt bad when I light them. They can burn for a good while once they're properly lit. Also I see some videos/pics complaining about the product not lighting but the people are slow/dumb. These coals are not that fake quick light mess. You have to put these on a hot plate or charcoal burner.

These charcoals sparked and thew sparks that set our bedding, my sweater, my med bottle, and our carpet, as well as myself and my husband as we tried to get up the flaming chunks! Very dangerous. Wish I could give it a 0

They were a bit hard to get lit without coal burner but once ready it was ok

Eigentlich eine gute Kohle. Aber diesmal brennt sie sehr schnell ab und was noch viel schlimmer ist, sie hat einen extrem eigenartigen Geschmack der teilweise nur beim anglühen da ist aber auch schon beim Rauchen durchkam.Ich gehe davon aus, dass ich diesmal eben eine schlechte Charge erwischt habe. Ansonsten ist die Kohle eigentlich echt gut.UPDATE:Der Kundenservice hat mir umgehend geantwortet und direkt eine neue Packung Kohle zukommen lassen. Und wie vermutet, war nur die letzte Charge schlecht. Diese Packung ist wie beschrieben, geschmacksneutral und die Hitzeentwicklung perfekt. Die Rauchdauer dürfte ca. 90 - 120 Minuten betragen (je nach Rauchverhalten).
