This is a good coal burner. It gets hot fast. It was easy to clean and easy to use.

Easy to use, I read the reviews so I knew about the handle issue, coals burned and ready to use in 10 mins, smoke not an issue. Works as intended. Great value for the money

People here have mentioned longevity of this coal starter. For the price, it was a no brainer. It does seem to be deteriorating especially on the surfaces that heat up, but for how long I've been using it I've been surprised at the quality. Definitely does a better job than my stove top. Cleaner too.

Updated review: after leaving my initially review on Amazon, M. Rosenfeld customer service is impeccable. To honor their warranty, they reached out to me to rectify the situation and offered to provide me with a new replacement burner, free of charge. This showed me they truly care about their customers experience and stand behind their product. As I mentioned previously, the burner was great, it just stopped working after a short period of time. I will update you after I receive the new one and give it a try. Thank you M. Rosenfeld for paying attention to the reviews and reaching out to resolve my problem.

I bought this for my friend around his birthday and we have been suing it non stop ever since. It heats coals up pretty quickly a little faster then putting them on a hot plate. We used this multiple times a day for 8 months. The only negative thing that has happened with it is the heating element has warped out side of its seat. We nolonger use the little pan that it came with but putting coal directly in to the glowing red birds nest before turning it on and turning it off before pulling them out seems to be no problem. I dare say the coals are getting done faster now Though its definitely malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. Still pretty good value for what we paid. Though one with better elements would be better.

I just got this Hookah and it is absolutely amazing! It came super quick and it was well packaged and protected in thick foam. It didn't take too long to set up, especially if you're used to putting them together.It looks gorgeous and has a really smooth air flow. The glass base is quite sturdy and looks very classy and modern at the same time.;

This product is the perfect hookah for any beginner, it comes standard with Stem, Tray, Tongs, Bowl, Base and Magnetic Hose Port along with a durable Silicone Hose and Metal Handle. This Hookah also offers a diffuser which allows for less noise and better smoke output. I highly praise the price and value you get when purchasing this product. Most people get a Mya Cage Hookah for this price which DOES NOT COMPARE in quality or smoke output. Also, all the parts come off making for an easy clean-up/storage.

 I love this hookah but to all who expected the hose to be magnetic 🧲 and fit in easily into the hookah, it's not. The only thing that keeps it in there is the rubber peice and honestly I had to switch out the hose since the one it came with gave me a bit of trouble. Otherwise smokes great, looks great and hasn't rusted on me yet!

The hookah was the best I ever purchased, the purge come in handy. Really nice hookah overall, although the I’m putting five stars i was in between of putting four starts because there were no clear instructions. I had to go everywhere just to find out that you have to put the three pearls into the three holes of the hookah.

Ordered twice. It came missing a necessary piece to assemble the first time and the replacement came and the glass was cracked down the middle. I ordered one for my friend and I liked it so I ordered one for myself. I just couldn't seem to receive a functioning product.

I have had many hookah set, and I can easily say that this is a very good quality, nice looking hookah. Very easy to set up and very easy to clean. Very happy with my purchase. I believe it worht much more then I paid for it

So I bought this cause it looked like it had all the right features and at a amazing price I knew it being on the cheaper side it would have some issues but my issues are it isn’t what’s pictured or what’s reviewed in the videos first didn’t come with the diffuser like it shows in the pictures second someone mentioned a magnetic hose didn’t have that also i don’t know why one guy has that and mine dosent third I know I didn’t buy a used one but my box came beat up if it was used at least tell me all that being said and done it works it’s good for the price If it comes as actually advertised also I did message the seller just haven’t heard back so maybe these issues will be solved or addressed I’ll update if that’s the case

 La cachimba es exactamente como se describe y las calidades que ofrece son excepcionales, además viene perfectamente protegida en una caja que sirve a su vez para ser transportada si quieres llevartela de viaje. El cristal se ve robusto y la cazoleta se ajusta bien al tubo cosa que permite que el tacabo se queme bien y se transfiera lo suciente a la hora de fumar. La mangera no aporta sabor a plástico cosa que con una anterior si me sucedía y se absorbe bien sin tener que dejarse los pulmones.Cabe mencionar el perfecto servicio de atención al cliente que posee la marca. Rosenfeld hat eine ideale Größe, ist aus Edelstahl und inklusive Zubehör von überragender Qualität zu einem wirklich klasse Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.Die Rauchbildung ist mega, nichts schmeckt kohlig oder kratzt und ein Kopf lässt sich echt lange rauchen.Meiner Meinung nach kann die SSS Shisha von M. Rosenfeld durchaus mit Shisha's in einer Preislage von 150-200€ mitkonkurrieren und steht denen um nichts nach.Bei meiner Bestellung hatte der weiße Kaminkopf gefehlt, welcher in der Beschreibung als zusätzliches Geschenk mit angepriesen wird. Außerdem hatte die Bowl einen minimalen Glasabplatzer am oberen Rand, was die Funktionalität jedoch nicht einschränkte. Dies habe ich dem Kundenservice von M. Rosenfeld per Mail mitgeteilt und ich muss wirklich sagen, dass diese außerordentlich schnell, sehr kundenorientiert und kulant reagierten. Habe Ersatz und sogar zusätzlich einen kleinen Obolus erhalten. Es spricht also absolut alles für M. Rosenfeld!

I used a coal burner and box set up with these coals , once I got them going I broke them down a bit ( my box can hold up to four of the big ones at a time ) and mannn they burned for a very long time . Casually blowing air into the box to keep them lit . Which gives me a Good 2 hours . The smell on these coals are very strong though recommend burning and smoking outside !!

These are really a game changer coming from quick light charcoal. Yes, they take longer to light up, but they make up for it with their longevity and smoother flavor.

These are alright, they dont burn evenly though and sometimes one side goes out. Thats the most annoying thing. The smell isnt bad when I light them. They can burn for a good while once they're properly lit. Also I see some videos/pics complaining about the product not lighting but the people are slow/dumb. These coals are not that fake quick light mess. You have to put these on a hot plate or charcoal burner.

These are, by far, the best box of hookah coals I have ever used, and I will not buy anything else. I have been using these for a few years now, if that's any indication. The coals are larger, cubed variation, and three on a bowl will last me a good hour using my 34" Khalil Mamoon hookah. The coals are tasteless and do take at least 12 minutes to get red hot. Do not undercook these to save time, or you'll regret it.

Cubes burn fine but they mostly crack and sometimes a cube split, they are lower quality compared to a similar coconut cubes I buy from a local sore

Eigentlich eine gute Kohle. Aber diesmal brennt sie sehr schnell ab und was noch viel schlimmer ist, sie hat einen extrem eigenartigen Geschmack der teilweise nur beim anglühen da ist aber auch schon beim Rauchen durchkam.Ich gehe davon aus, dass ich diesmal eben eine schlechte Charge erwischt habe. Ansonsten ist die Kohle eigentlich echt gut.UPDATE:Der Kundenservice hat mir umgehend geantwortet und direkt eine neue Packung Kohle zukommen lassen. Und wie vermutet, war nur die letzte Charge schlecht. Diese Packung ist wie beschrieben, geschmacksneutral und die Hitzeentwicklung perfekt. Die Rauchdauer dürfte ca. 90 - 120 Minuten betragen (je nach Rauchverhalten).
