Nutrichef builds a fantastic grill. Packaging and delivery was excellent. I had the tools and ability to read the instructions and assemble the grill in a few hours. I’m still amazed at the price point for this excellent grill. There’s plenty a space for a various meats, veggies and seafood. It’s my first with a side burner and I’m looking forward to using that feature.

This a very good grill. I had to retire my Summit Weber after 22 years. We chose this grill for the looks and quality. We have used it twice and it performs just as described. You have to follow the directions carefully and the assembly will go smoothly. It took me about 4 hours to assemble. It might have something to do with my age being 85. I did take a few breaks.

I’m really pleased with this grill. Assembly was not difficult, and the instructions were easy to follow and in color. It appears to be well made and solidly built with parts that will last. he heating across all the grilling surface is uniform, and the cast iron grates do a great job leaving sear marks on the meat. The side burner provides enough heat to boil a pan of water, or heat a cast iron skillet to the point it will blacken a steak. Overall, I recommend this product.

Easy to build. Needed to really dig thru the box to make sure I had everything though. Looks great! As I built it, I thought I needed to make adjustments to doors and braces. I waited until I was done, and I’m glad I waited, the weight of the grill helped make the cart sit right. The ignition needed a little tweaking, but otherwise work better than I thought it would. I bought the grill in December, got it in January and finally had time and temperature to build in March. I expect to give it the first cooking experience tonight! I. Can. Not. Wait!

There is alot of steps in the assembly (about 2.5 hours). I didn't find the steps confusing, but time consuming. There is a support bracket that I thought was missing, but was actually bundled together with the side burners. Also, there were 2 extra corner braces snd the screws to go with them... I looked over the instructions several times and they appear to be extra (perhaps designed for a different model grill?). Besides that I used every single part. The grill functions well and is sturdy. (What I would expect at this price point) The back of the grill is hotter than the front. I love this feature for putting extra heat on a thicker piece of chicken.I like having the side burner, although I probably won't end up using it much.My only real complaint is that the thermostat might not be very accurate. It looks to me as if the end of the needle is scraping numbers... kind of dragging on the inside. I see a circular scrape line caused by the cheap needle. Not enough for me to change the rating.I would recommend this grill.

Grill looks great, seems more sturdy than our 2 previous grills. Assembly was fairly easy but time consuming and not very clear photos and instructions.Still not received the promissed grill cover like other folks have not got it either...hmm, also the electronic ignition just clicks and is not working. Downgrading to 4 stars.

UPDATE:There was an included promotion with this grill that was not honored. So, I had to drop the rating one star :-(Companies should either honor a promotion (in this case a free grill cover) or not offer it. Not honoring a promotion does not foster a good customer relationship.Originally a part was thought to be missing from the kit, but that was actually not the case. This grill was purchased as a gift and the person with the grill actually found the 'missing' part tucked up inside the grill.Although this grill is on the spendy side (for me, anyway) the performance and quality appear to be good. After a few weeks of use, reports are that it is a good grill. It seems to have a good heat disbursement and performs as well as you'd need a grill to do.The doors close evenly, so it looks good, too.I'd recommend this product to anyone wanting a solid grill.

The grill overall is decent but the plates rusted out in the first year. I emailed the company about replacement plates and where I could purchase new ones due to being just outside the year warranty. This was 2 months ago and they keep saying the warehouse is handling the case and refuse to give me a website or advise me where I can purchase new plates. I just told them again I just want to purchase new plates and don’t care about the warranty and they sent another email saying the warehouse is handling it and again ignored my question on where to purchase replacement parts for the grill.

Buying Guide

Whether you’re prepping for a large-scale barbeque or cooking up some steaks after a long day of work, you will need the right grill to do it. This guide will help you understand the most important aspects of any propane grill, allowing you to make the best choice. The first aspect to consider when picking out a grill is the surface area. While a large cooking area might seem attractive, you should keep your needs in mind when considering the size of your grill. If you don't host large gatherings or frequently use the grill, then a smaller surface might be more beneficial than a larger one. The second aspect to think about is how efficiently the grill cooks. This mostly consists of two smaller factors: heat control and temperature range. A grill with a wider temperature range can cook a wider variety of foods without burning or undercooking them, making it easier to switch up your diet. Efficient heat control allows you to quickly and accurately change the temperature of your grill so you can respond to problems or dial up the flame in a flash. The final aspect of your grill is additional features. Modern grills include helpful tools and parts to make them easier to use. A drip pan will help collect grease before it drips into the heating element, while heat baffles ensure that the cooking surface heats easily. By carefully considering these aspects, you can find a grill that'll last a lifetime.
