I've been using these for a few weeks now and they work well. Gives me a good amount of energy, helps me focus, is nice and fizzy so it's been helping me wean off of a bad habit of drinking caffeinated sodas. The only note I have is the taste, which is tolerable but does taste like a vitamin. The tropical flavor ended up tasting like that pink children's liquid antibiotic but that might just be me, the person I gave them to didn't seem to mind them

At first, I wasn’t too crazy about Pureboost because some of the flavors are a little tart but I mix it in my 32 ounce water bottle, and I drink it over the course of a couple of hours. It gives me a huge amount of energy that lasts all day. I have been drinking Pureboost every single day for at least a year now and I have to say it is the best vitamin and caffeine daily boost that I have ever gotten. I just recently tried the new Apple cider vinegar and it is the best one yet as far as flavor goes!

I'm on the road 12hrs a day and try to eat as clean as possible, so no energy drinks for me. This fits the bill; drop a packet into my water bottle, a good slug of it and I'm refreshed. I drink 2 pkts a day and confident what's in it is good for Mr. I feel awake and aware with no crash and the fizz is a nice touch. I don't like the tropical fruit flavor (funny aftertaste), the citrus is a nice change but the elderberry is my favorite. it's dark berry and grape flavored.

The flavors are nice and refreshing but I found it did not dissolve completely which is a bit of a pain to keep shaking and swirling to keep it mixed up. It's also a little pricey per packet considering. Will likely go back to zipfizz once this box is used up. Basically just kind of an average product - nothing to write home about.

The b12 cyanocobalamin is an artificial ingredient, which is not tolerated well by such a large percent of the population that babies in Europe are tested when they are born to see if their bodies are able to use it. I had to be checked after becoming very sickly, problems no middle-aged woman should have. my doctor knew what was up because it’s quite common. Some of the damage is supposedly not even correctable, some of it I am still recovering from, and this was several months ago that I found out I was being poisoned for being a loyal customer to a company that lies to consumers. I don’t know how many boxes of this brand I’ve gone through, in the dozens I believe, over the years, but it made me quite ill. I became extremely emaciated with a horrific brain fog. And there is over 100,000% of the recommended daily allowance. Our bodies can only absorb so much, so that meant that every morning when I mixed one serving with my collagen peptides, it was blocking my body’s ability to be able to absorb vitamin B 12 from any other food or vitamin sources. Supposedly people are checked after the age of 50 to see if they are genetically predisposed to absorb this fake vitamin without being able to use it, thereby leaving us with a vitamin deficiency. It takes 30 to 40 years for the symptoms to show up. Now that makes no sense whatsoever, and when I shared this information with the manufacturer, they responded by telling me that the B12 is cyanocobalamin. I know this, even though the vitamin deficiency can cause brain damage…… I can still read and thought the people might want to know that they are giving people some thing that makes us sick under false pretenses. So no, it’s not pure. I would not recommend this. How unethical! Yes, cyanocobalamin it is cheaper because it’s synthetic, but at what cost? I liked it because the caffeine was from green tea, and therefore not jolting to the nervous system, plus it being liquid meant that it was more bioavailable, but that just meant that I was more easily inflamed, in pain, with brain fog, no appetite, no energy, no strength. No thank you.

Buying Guide

Energy drink supplements can come in handy whether you’re trying to get amped up for a workout or make it through that unbearable midday slump. With so many energy drink options it can be difficult to narrow them down to the best one for your unique needs. To help you get started, here are some things to keep in mind when shopping for an energy drink supplement. First, consider the ingredients. Some energy drinks can contain ingredients that can cause more harm than good. Try to avoid drinks with excessive amounts of caffeine, taurine, and vitamins. It’s best to skip out on the super sugary ones as well. The next thing to think about is flavor. There is a vast amount of flavors out there, so you’re bound to find at least one you like. It’s also probably a good idea to go for a drink supplement that’s naturally flavored. Another thing to consider is the form. Energy drinks typically come in either ready-to-drink or in powder mix forms. Ultimately, it’s up to you to weigh the pros and cons of each to see what would fit your lifestyle better. Last but not least, you’ll want to think about your budget. Most energy drinks won’t cost you too much, but there’s still a range of prices to choose from. If you’re unsure about an energy drink supplement, try buying a single serving or sample size before committing to a large pack. This will save you some money in case you don’t end up liking it.
