Super nice cup, but the plastic top already broke. I’m not sure what that part is called that slides back-and-forth where you can drink, or close it back up but when you turn the top upside down it falls right out there’s nothing holding it in. And have only washed it three times handwashing! Very disappointed. Hopefully there is a way I can get another lid for this.

Stainless steel rim arrived completely scratched up. It came wrapped in bubble wrap and the box had no damage, so I assume it was packaged that way. The bottom of the cup also looks uneven, almost dented? The color is nice, but definitely not the best quality.
