Excellent trampoline, has been a fun for kids and adults alike. The safety features are well designed and I do believe that it is much safer than other models. Do pay attention to what others have said about the assembly being a challenge and requiring strength to complete. We were able to complete it, but it definitely took time, and we had some sore muscles as a result. The online app recommended to complete the assembly was very helpful.

Exactly what we wanted! Keeps the kids outside playing for hours. Safe and study, stayed up and together through several wind advisories. Assembly is difficult, my husband and I put it together in 4 hours so it’s doable but be prepared to use some muscles

I paid two college athletes to assist in assembly after reading the horror stories of the build. We were mid fail getting the corner flex pipes in and I realized there had to be a better way. I grabbed my pipe bender and was able to make the job doable, I highly recommend you buy one of these benders. It did dent the cover on the rods just a little bit but not in a way that is concerning.Once installed I'm very happy with it and the kids love the basketball hoop add on which is also very well made. Note that if you get the basketball hoop it can only go in the corner as opposed to the side.

Excellent build quality. Was missing fasteners and had to source our own. Waiting for reimbursement, we hope. 3 hr install is about right with two decently handy adults. The rods are no joke. If one gives you trouble skip it and move on and it’ll eventually go in as you get the others. Make sure at least one of the builders has some strength and that person should be on the outside.

Make sure when you are putting this together that your joint supports are underneath the joint as you apply pressure to the springs even though they're not springs they're like bamboo sticks if you do not pay attention to the joint supports you will be taking it all apart again and doing it over and you will be pissed off because it takes like 3 hours to put together other than that it works very well had three adults on it it didn't complain at all with kids very fun

I saw a review on youtube describing Springfree tramps as low quality and to buy an ACON instead. Glad that I didn't bite. GREAT QUALITY. It took some muscle but set-up is relatively easy. The large square is perfect for my 3 boys. Great addition to our home. Springfree is high quality and safer than other tramps.

We were a little concerned about the assembly, but it was not that difficult. I called customer service after putting the frame together because it felt quite loose. They assured me it was meant to be this way and when it was fully assembled it would be stiff. Which it was.Attaching all the rods to the mat proved quite difficult. We tried the way described in the manual but it wasn’t working for all of them. I’m a large male but my girlfriend is very petite. We therefore had her push on the opposite side of the mat while I pushed the rod towards her. This proved a good strategy and we quickly got them all attached.Everything else was easy to assembly. I would recommend the app BILT, which the manual recommends too. Much easier to understand instructions there. We have jumped on it every day and it is so much fun. We love it. Thank you.

This trampoline is made of very high-quality components, is extremely well designed, and has a ton of bounce. It is extremely difficult to assemble. Putting the "not springs" into the corners took a lot of brute strength.

Awesome trampoline. Definitely watch the installation video. You’ll probably still have to look at other videos to see how people got theirs started. Wear gloves and better yet put thin foam padding on the palms. The force to put the plastic rods into place is somewhat significant and can really take its toll on your hands.

One of any kids most awful moments of childhood is getting a finger or toe pinched off my a trampoline spring. Just kidding, it's having a spring fly off and poke am eye out. Both disasters avoided here, and bonus for Mom this thing takes twice as much energy out of the average kiddo than a standard deathtrapoline. The safety net is installed under the pad making it very hard to fall out, and the supports for the kid cage seem to be a much better design than the old standard. One note on assembly: you will need to invite hulk over to push the rods into the pockets under the mat.

Love this trampoline! Nice bounce and looks sharp. We purchased a jumping brand in 2020, but only lasted 2 ½ years before falling apart. Comparing building the 2 different brands, the Spring is a little harder due to the strength needed to put the mat rods in place. Luckily my 16 and 28 years old sons were able to do it. I was no help to them. Use the bilt app for guidance as suggested in the directions. It took them a little over 2 hours to put together. Use gloves. The boys ended up with lots of fiber glass splinters and blisters on their hands.

Really big upgrade from our smaller, lower, cheaper trampoline. Big enough for the whole family, sturdy, and the enclosure bouncy netting also works great to put errant jumpers right back in the mat! Super high bounces for all. Durability has yet to be tested, but it seems solid. And tons of fun!!Assembly…is doable, though difficult. Instructions were good, though I’d recommend watching a couple YouTube videos on technique for bending the rods. It really matters how you hold them, and what angle you’re using to apply pressure. Work gloves are a must.Took about two hours for me (130lb chick) and my 75 y/o dad to do while kids were at daycare. He was most helpful by sitting on the far side to make sure the trampoline didn’t scoot all over the yard as I was putting ALL my weight into bending the rods to install the mat.It took a lot of sweat and some bruises to my palm (in spite of padded work gloves!!) and hip from bracing into the effort, but it was totally doable and worth it!!

A heads up: This trampoline was much more physically challenging to put together than we had thought. We wished we had paid extra for professional assembly! Otherwise, we love this very safe trampoline!

I bought a spring free trampoline which is a great product but more importantly I found this company to be very dependable with excellent customer service. I paid 1899 for my trampoline and the mother company put them on sell for 1499 for Black Friday. I messaged to this company and they refunded me the difference of $400 immediately and answered my request within minutes. I was very pleased that I didn’t have to send this one back and re-order from the mother company for the lesser price!!!!

This is a wonderful trampoline and the kids are enjoying it. One star missing because a foot can still be trapped between the net and the trampoline membrane (And it will on occasion) The Safetynet is not attached to the membrane, Instead it simply slides up Over theFiberglass spring rods and is held up by slight tension towards the membrane. This easily separates when a foot lands right in the corner. This is probably going to be an Infrequent event, Although we’ve had that happen a couple of times. ankle injury, while possible due to this design defect, it’s probably rare. It was not easy to assemble, and watching the videos certainly made assembly less of an impossible task.
