This opener works so well, I'm still surprised every time! We've had it two weeks now. With a seriously damaged right hand, opening up bottles and jars has been impossible most of the time. This is so easy. Made in USA. I (an old lady) installed it myself. It took longer to read the directions than it did to install it! Put it under a cabinet near the stove, where you open all that stuff. I guarantee you, your life will get BETTER when you have this opener.

I was this many (a LOT) of years old before I discovered this. I broke my wrist and it was very difficult to open jars and bottles. This was a complete lifesaver. It easily sticks under the cabinet with the adhesive patch, then it is secured with three screws. Very easy to install and use.

This opens jars of any size from ketchup bottle to pickle jar and even opens those big plastic juice jugs that come in a twin pack at Costco. It didn't even need screws as the adhesion was enough. You can't see the product under the kitchen cabinet, so it's not sitting in a drawer, or on the counter and it can't even be seen unless you bend over to look up under the cabinet. It has opened EVERY item I have struggled to open with my hands. I highly recommend this product!

If you have problems opening jar lids then buy this product. My wife and I are older with some physical limitations so this product makes openings those lids so much easier. It works on both large and small lids. We have purchased two of these now and have no issues. Will definitely buy again if ever needed. Ours are mounted under the upper section of kitchen cupboards.

I was skeptical, to say the least, but with arthritis setting into my hands, I need something to help me open jars. The handheld helpers still required me to use hand strength to hold jar and turn the device which is a problem. This device is easy to mount and I can use both hands to hold and turn jar. It is great that it works for such a wide variety of sizes and is hidden away under the counter so no searching when I need to use it. I was genuinely surprised how well it works it would recommend to anyone.

This jar, bottle opener is fantastic and doesn't score the lid. Be sure of location placement because once you stick it on you can not move it. Works better than we thought. Turning directions looking down at lid is clock wise. Makes life so much easier.

As far as being an aid to opening jars—yes! It does this well.That said, its under-the-cabinet design means you have to use this without being really able to see it. It’s a minor inconvenience, especially when compared to the major inconvenience of not being able to open the jar, but inconvenient nonetheless.That said, it’s still a good product (especially maybe for someone short enough to see under the cabinet without having to bend over so much).

This opener sat in its box for weeks before I made the time to install it under a kitchen cabinet. I shouldn't have waited, it was easy to install. I put it in place with the tape that came with it and I used a drill and a screwdriver to securely install it in less than five minutes. The jar opener is out of sight, so only my wife and I know where to find it. It is amazing how easy it is to use -- no more straining with rubber jar grips, running hot water over balky lids, tapping, etc. Opening jars is now a snap. The only "secret" is remembering to turn the body of the jar in the opposite direction from the way I would twist the lid to open. That makes perfect sense, but it may not be intuitive to anyone who has spent a lifetime twisting lids counterclockwise to open -- the jar needs to be moved in the opposite direction when using the opener.
