I have bought many different ice pads. This is really fantastic. Comes with two inserts so can always have one in freezer. This is so easy to fasten around knee and it stays in place. I can,leave it on and walk. After purchase (for bursitis). I bought a second one for my sister who had a knee replacement. She called to tell me how well it worked. Bought a third one for a neighbor she too was so pleased. reasonably priced, well made and so effective.

It gets cold quickly and stays cold for a long time, which is amazing. It also forms around my shoulder and my cousins ankle easily, really flexible. And the cover makes it stay on in a good position. It's also really sturdy so if I unintentionally lay on it, it doesn't partially pop and leak like some of the other ones I've used.

I wasn't sure what type of ice bag to order, but after checking out the features of this one, got it and I was right on! Works like a charm. The way it fits my bad knee is perfect...great for ice or heat. I'm glad I chose this one. Value is well worth the price. Thanks!

I ordered this product to ice my ankle. I really appreciate that it came with 2 reusable ice packs. This makes it so convenient when I forget to put the one I am using back in the freezer. The sleeve/strap that comes with the ice packs is easy to use. There is velcro on the pouch part to hold the ice pack in and a fairly long strap to attach the ice pack to various body parts. I have used on my ankle and my husband has used on his knee. The strap is long enough to be used on other body parts as well.

Ice packs work great. Last a while cold after a quick placement in the freezer. Good design. Haven't used it HOT yet.

These h/C packs were fantastic. Quick to heat and the heat last for a good amount of time. Freeze quickly also and stay cold for a long time. Very flexible in their usage.

I've only used the cold pack at this time. It did the job well. The general set-up is perfect. It comes with 2 hot/cold packs. One can be left in the freezer and one stored elsewhere. It convenient.

Not sure why, but the ice pack, 1) does not bend well after freezing, 2) cold is not sustained or the wrap is too thick to feel the coldness.

I love that there are two heating pads sold with this product. I use for my castor oil treatment. It holds the heat well and is convenient and easy to use.

Easier to store in the freezer ! Nicely made, with a soft texture, molds to the body nicely, especially if you have hardware placement post surgery . Only draw back; the length of time they stay cold, wish they remained cold a bit longer .

And much better than my old chunky ice packs, which I tossed when these arrived. These are still freezing cold, but flexible, and great for my post-surgical ankle pain.Super happy with these. Price is right. Recommended.

These are a great size. I am using them for my knee. Nicely made.

Absolutely the best for cold - I've had a lot of cold packs and there is something special about these - they stay cold MUCH longer than any other cold pack I have used. One thing to watch out for - They can also be used for heat. I tried that and two of these leaked at the seams without all that much heat. It could be differential heating in the microwave, but it was pretty easy to make a seam pop.Other than that -absolutely the best cold pack on the planet.

Product isn't bad, just wish it would stay colder longer, but okay.

These gel packs were exactly what needed. They are comfortable and comforting to my ankle to provide plenty of care.

These are terrific ice packs! They get very cold and hold the cold for a long time. I work in rehab and these are as good as our medical grade packs. I haven’t tried heating them yet. I would definitely buy these again if I ever need more!

I was kind of surprised that they were so thin and kind of small. But these get colder and stay colder than any other ice packs I’ve had in a while. Happy.

I recently had serious back surgery and was sent home from the hospital with a large blue box with a very long hose; I had to pour a LOT of ice into the box and then......well, you get the picture. It was very ungainly and awkward to use. These gel pads eliminated all that; I simply froze them and then used them as needed on my back - what a relief, not only from the pain but the aggravation as well! Highly recommended by a longtime back pain sufferer!

Very well made and comfortable to use hot or cold. Would definitely buy again.
