Well. I’m a girl and don’t have a beard but my boyfriend does! He had this product in his shower and I didn’t want to use his 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner. So I decided to use this instead and my god! My hair has never felt so clean and soft! My hair type is thin and really dry. So I’m guessing because it’s made for course beard hair is why it nutritious my hair so we’ll without weighing it down. I just bought it for myself in my own shower at home. Good thing I like the smell of sandalwood!

Ok, this was not for me. But for my husband. He loves the way it makes his beard and mustache soft and silky. And to be honest... so do I.Definitely worth it, it really doesn't take a whole lot to get it foaming. At first try, I warned him to go easy and start with the size of a pea and add some if needed. Did he listen? No, so he had foam, endless foam! This product cleans, foams and has a nice fragrance. The conditionner makes the beard nice and soft, even if it is more wiry. The husband recommends it.

I would buy it again. The shampoo is amazing and it smells manly. It builds an amazing full 8 inch beard lather with a dime sized amount of shampoo. The conditioner seems to be a volumizing conditioner. I work ridiculously hard at maintaining my beard and keeping it straight but after using the conditioner a few times I have discontinued it's use because I look like a chea pet after.

I ordered this for my husband who takes pride in his beard. I will also add his personal opinion and review . He has very thick, dark hair and as he says “my beards sweet right, I’m like a Viking” or when asked which pic he wanted me to post, he said any of them- “my beard is Epic” so, as I’m scrolling, looking for something good and saw the name- it was fate. He has tried other beard products and brands . I am an esthetician and I always check the ingredients on products for my family and myself. Are there any harmful ingredients? Do they test on animals, how is the scent, Is it irritating to the skin? You get my drift. First, the name caught my eye bc my husband wishes he was viking-seriously. I watched the video and once I heard them speak and I read up on their brand and what they stood for- I was in. When it comes to price- You get what you pay for. If you want to spend less, you’re getting less of the actual product and less of the important good ingredients. Resulting in, having to use more of the product and end up spending more money bc you’re now flying through the particular product. Products for our face, hair etc are an investment and worth it. Back to the oil and how amazing it is. This oil is moisturizing and less is more! You’ll see why when I give my husbands personal opinion and review! So I gifted it to My husband, he saw the name and was smirking. I asked him questions so I can give you guys honest feedback (he’s a manly man-but also happy they do not test on animals) ***okay, so from Eddie- After his shower, he’ll use 3 drops, he rubs the oil in hands -to activate it and applies it to his beard . He said,” he loves the smell, it’s neutral but smells fresh and manly ,not overpowering.” He said, it really tames his beard, makes it look good, it feels moisturizing and good. He also said, (just using 3 drops) when he has extra on his hands, he’ll rub it on his face and in his hair. His hair is very short but he has a shaped up “sweet “ full, thick beard and he loves this oil. He was just tolerating the other ones he’s used. He actually loves this one. I asked if he’d want me to purchase it again, he said absolutely. I asked how many stars would you give this oil? He said 5 for sure. So there you have it. We’re blunt, honest people . This is the first time that I have purchased and used a beard oil. It gets the job done and it seems to be of good quality. The scent of oud is a bit odd for me but the oil is not strongly scented, which I assume is the norm for beard oil. Also, real oud is supposedly very expensive, so maybe that was a consideration. I recommend this oil for its function as well as the scent if you might like a little bit of a funky woodsy smell.

This beard oil is amazing. It immediately softens coarse beard hair and is even effective at maintaining soft head hair throughout the day. The scents are all really nice, with vanilla spice being a favorite and oud being a close second. Washing off hands after application is easy with a bit of soap. A little bit goes a long way, with only a dropper covering facial hair as well as head hair. Still waiting to see if beard thickness is affected, but this is definitely a great value for the money.

When I opened my four pack I was a little sad that I could only really smell the Sage before using them. But the first one I used was Cedar and Pine and I must say it smells great. Another great thing about it is how smooth the butter is. I have gotten a different brand in the past that was grainy, and then another brand that was too thick and sticky. This smells great, is smooth and just the right consistency.I know this is my first time using it so far, but I am satisfied with it. I will update if that changes.

I’m new to beards and have been trying different products. I gotta say I wished I started here. This is almost like a sample size but I have realized a little goes a long way. The fragrance in this box is great. Love the way it makes my beard feel. It comes with a sticker. I believe I have found a brand of products I’m gonna stick with. So this is four runs in a box. I am not crazy about the box it comes in kinda cheap but the 4 tins look good. I took them out and put them in something else. Smell seems good. Balm type product. I bought it for someone with a beard. His beard look dry and it was breaking off so I got him these for softness. I think they will be good especially with regular use! Great stocking stuffers!

i absolutely love this balm. it only leaves a light waxy feeling on your hands after you wash them. had others that seemed like i couldn't wash the balm off my hands. so this one is acceptable. so far all balms i've tried leave a little waxiness. this balm rubs to a really light oil. doesn't leave your beard oily, or weighted down. all in all a great balm.the smells are a little different story. they are not bad smells, but i have to agree they do remind me of bathroom air fresheners. again not bad smells at all, but i think they need to reformat it. really sure they would be far more popular if they did. the smells are not overly strong, they seem to last a good couple hours. the "bathroom" smell seems to fade and you don't get to caught up in it. i use these and several other balms in rotation, and i never feel i should avoid this brand.the four smells for me in order of favorite.1) Bay rum: this one you will also be with. it is a smell you may have smelled from the air spritzers in bathrooms. it has kinda a cinnamon and bubblegum smell. i call it spicy bubblegum. i like this one the most.2) Clary sage: this one kinda reminds me of camping candles. not the citronella ones, but the other kind. light pine like smell, almost berry, but not sweet, kinda sharp. honestly really like it, it is a close second.3) Sandal wood: light woody smell. not saying sweet, but in the bright notes.4) Cedar and pine: has kind of a sweet musky smell to it. don't want to say it, but it does smell like a new urinal cake. it isn't obnoxious. and again i like these balms. you can tell what i mean. it is a good smell, but just a smell that is common with something you may be familiar with. least favorite, but still use it here and there.it is really hard to write this. i love the product, but again i really think the company needs to work with someone to get their scents improved. they got the product, but i feel they skimped on the smells.i would have given them a 4, but i can't fault them to much just because the smell reminds me of something else. and honestly the smell grows on you.

The Viking Revolution 4 Beard Balm Variety Pack had me excited with promises of sandalwood, pine & cedar, and bay rum scents, but after trying them, I’m left feeling… meh. The variety sounds awesome, but the performance and overall experience didn’t quite hit the mark for me.What didn’t quite cut it:Scents were underwhelming: The fragrances sounded great in theory, but in practice, they were pretty subtle—and not in a good way. The sandalwood and bay rum were nice but faded super quickly, while the pine & cedar barely made an appearance. If you’re looking for a balm with lasting scent power, these just aren’t it. 🌲❌So-so hold: For a beard balm, I expected more control and hold, but it felt more like a light moisturizer. It did soften my beard, but didn’t really tame those wild hairs or shape it the way I’d hoped. More fluff than finesse. 🧔‍♂️🌀Feels kinda greasy: It’s not the worst, but the balms left a slightly greasy feeling that wasn’t ideal. I expected something that would absorb better, but instead, it sat on the beard and skin a bit too much for my liking. 🤷‍♂️Bottom line: The Viking Revolution Beard Balm Variety Pack isn’t terrible, but it didn’t wow me either. The scents are too subtle, the hold is just okay, and the texture could use improvement. If you’re after something with serious control or strong fragrance, you might want to keep looking. I didn't have any experience with beard oils and balms, so I didn't have an opinion about which aroma I would prefer. This was an inexpensive and convenient way to gain some insight into the different aromas available. All four were pleasant smelling.

Ive tried several beard balms, some are too waxy, some are to oily...some of them have weird textured stuff in it. My wife got me a viking revolution box for christmas and i instantly fell in love. So now i have to buy it myself....or wait for the holidays.

The sizes are definitely great since you don't use much at a time anyways. A small amount goes a long way.Got these for my man along with shampoo and conditioner for his beard. They smell amazing and he says it feels great on his beard.
