Added this to my daily supplements and so far it’s seems to help with my weight loss journey. This in addition to working out has created a noticeable difference. I feel stronger after workouts, and I’m not sure if it’s the product itself or the workouts but I’ve been sleeping like a baby which is a huge plus. Doesn’t taste like anything so that’s also a plus and they’re not that big so it makes taking them less dreadful than some of my other supplements

There are no side effects or effects on my stomach when I take this product. It is. It does not smell and is comfortable to swallow. It is very easy to use and I have noticed no effect on my sleep quality I’m looking to get healthier this year and it was recommended to try this. I can recommend this product with confidence

The reason I’m giving this product a 5 stars is because I believe it is a good product at an affordable price. The benefits of green tea are many, from a faster metabolism to antioxidants and even brain health (according to some sources). However, in order to get these benefits, you need to get the correct amounts of EGCG and polyphenols. With this product, you can get the amounts of EGCG and polyphenols you need to get the benefits from green tea (if you were to drink green tea, you would need to drink 4 or more cups to reach this level, and make sure it is brewed at the right temperature). In addition, this tea extract has vitamin C, which helps with your immune system. You get all this at a very good price. Depending on how you take it, one bottle can last from 60 to 120 days, and you only pay about 22 dollars, which is like 11 a month, a pretty good deal. Being a person who has not a lot of money, and who isn’t a fan of brewing and preparing tea, and rushing to the bathroom for drinking too much tea to get the benefits, I chose this product. In addition, I give it 5 stars because of the friendly costumer service. I’ve ordered this product multiple times and I have never had any problem receiving it, and if I did, I’m sure the staff would solve the problem in a timely manner. But I repeat: no problems so far while ordering the product.Now, that said, I would like to add that there is no a magic pill. This is a great supplement, and it does what it supposes to: IT SUPPLEMENTS. Do not rely completely on it. If you take it for weight loss, don’t expect it to work wonders if you don’t put your part an exercise and eat healthy. Instead, combine this green tea extract with a healthy diet and exercise. I do, and so far it has been working for me: I feel more endurance while working out and (knock on wood) haven’t been sick on a long time. Also, keep in mind that sometimes less is more. I repeat, DON’T rely completely on this product. It is not a magic pill and taking more than the recommended dosage will not give you faster or better benefits. In fact, some studies show that high doses (I mean really, really high) of EGCG could be (although more evidence is necessary for this) linked to some health side effects (you can look this up). For that reason I recommend you follow the guidelines of this product, and read the its label, and above all, talk to your doctor. Everyone is different, and everyone has different goals, so it makes sense that everyone needs a different dosage to achieve their desired benefits. Talking to a doctor will definitely help you taking the best advantages of this product.

Ok, I have been taking this a week and a half. My purpose for taking it was the benefits of the EGCG and Vitamin C for all the health benefits because I can not drink 7 cups of green tea a day. I know most people want to take it for weight lost but there is never any miracle drug to drop weight. It can aide you but eating well and working out is the prefect medicine. So taking it to see a drastic weight loss I wouldn't recommend, to help aide in burning fat yes because I take this supplement before going on my walks.Although I am taking this for the health benefits originally by the second week I did notice my apatite decreasing. I was hungry but didn't feel for much or feel like even eating dinner by the end of the day, but still eat a bit. That happens for me personally I don't know for everyone else. Remember, it didn't happen for me right away it was by the second week taking it twice a day.When taking these supplement I take 1 the moment I wake up before getting out the bed, then eat my fruits then breakfast. I take the supplement and fruits after I wake up because when you are awake in the morning your stomach is empty and taking anything in the morning on an empty stomach the body observes the nutrients more because there is no food to take it from, then I eat my breakfast. This works for me and it doesn't my me feel sick taking it on an empty stomach. The second pill because I take it twice a day I take in the afternoon when leaving to go home because I get off my transportation early and walk home to get I. Some excerise.Conclusion: this is good for the health benefits aside from someone trying to take it to loose weight. I would recommend. I thought it would be a helpful supplement for energy, like mood boosting herbs unfortunately they don't list all the potential risks, which is worrying. I threw it out as they don't accept returns but they reached out to me and issued a refund which I am appreciative of. Read all the reviews first, not just the top few.

I use coconut oil in my coffee every day. I originally started using it as a healthy fat on a LCHF diet. During my experiences starting, ending, and starting again using coconut oil, I discovered some personal benefits. I found it tastes good in “bulletproof” coffee, it promotes energy, weight loss and reduces pain from inflammation. Intrigued with my personal results, I then researched the benefits of coconut oil further and learned that the C8 and C10 in coconut oil were responsible for my fascinating results and so decided to bypass the C12, which makes up over 40 percent of the fat in coconut oil, and try MCT oil to get straight to the benefits of C8-10. After a lot of searching I chose this Zenwise Health brand because of the reviewers' and company’s claims it is tasteless/odorless and of course for all the benefits as well.Zenwise Health MCT Oil arrived in a plastic bottle, wrapped in plastic with a plastic stopper under the lid. The shipping materials and condition of the product were unremarkable, and it was attained in the specified amount of time.Although Zenwise claims on the label that the taste is neutral, I found it does indeed have a scent and a taste to match; it is very much like the scent of soap or a deodorizing disinfectant. The scent/taste is mild, some folks may be able to get past it, but I felt putting it in my coffee only made a larger unpalatable amount to try and choke down. I have never tried any other brand of COCONUT MCT OIL and don't know if this is normal for the scent and flavor. So of course now I am nervous about using it.Also, the ingredients listed on the Zenwise bottle is 100% MCT OIL. Nowhere on the bottle does it state coconut as the source or as an ingredient. I feel uncomfortable using a brand that doesn't list which kind of MCT OIL is being used. I have checked other brands on Amazon and their labels have Coconut MCT Oil listed as the ingredient. I don’t know if it means anything, but it makes me feel uncomfortable.I gave the brand 3 stars because I don’t know if it works – it could very well be what they claim, but the other factors in this situation are regrettable. Maybe I should give it a 2 for the suspicious flavor or maybe I should give it a 4 because everything I'm experiencing is normal and a neutral flavor should be removed from the label?

I’ve use this product for 3 days and I knew the 1st time that I took it that it worked. My appetite is definitely curved. I can go the longest time without wanting to eat everything around me. I’m a teacher and we’re on summer break. I started to want to snack more and more. I decided to look for something to stop this right away. I’m not good with swallowing pills so I decided to try these gummies. They are perfect. I have a boost of energy to go along with it. I’m so excited to find a gummy that helps in a BIG way.

The product works great but on this round of purchase I received an expired on and Amazon advised its non refundable to contact seller. I can not find here on their Amazon store where to reach customer service as I'd like to keep it here on Amazon.

I've been using MCT oil daily for nearly a year since starting the ketogenic diet. I've tried many different brands. This one is by far the best for the money in my opinion. Not all MCT oils are the same. Zenwise uses only the C8 & C10 mct's, compared to many others which rely heavily on the slightly less effective c12. I'm not a scientist, but one study I read that I'll quote here stated that "lengthening the carbon chain by 2 carbons [ie C12] can slow down the rate of diffusion by 100 times. Therefore, compared to other medium-chain triglycerides, lauric acid may be a slightly less efficient way to obtain energy.)." So essentially, while C12 is technically a Medium Chain Triglyceride, it behaves more like a Long Chain Triglyceride compared to the others. For this reason I always look closely at the makeup of any MCT oil I buy and try to buy a brand that does not include the C12. If you want C12 (lauric acid) you can easily find it in coconut oil inexpensively, so there's no reason to dilute straight MCT oil with lauric acid.Overall, I am very surprised by this brand's quality. More practically speaking, the squeeze-style lid has a plastic stopper that helps keep spilling down, which is a problem I always have with MCT. It just magically tends to run everywhere no matter how careful you are.

Disclaimer: I haven't seen a gastroenterologist about any of my issues, so this is all personal anecdote/observation and self-diagnosis. I am not a medical professional.These pills have changed my life. Allow me to describe my situation before the pills:BEFORE: I had constant/chronic/consistent diarrhea, especially immediately after eating (practically anything), so life was hell. Any meal/snack was almost immediately followed by loose stools and messy bowel movements (and gas). This made scheduling life very difficult and full of interruptions and delays. Random trips to the bathroom everywhere suck, especially when you are out with friends/people and participating in time-sensitive activities, like movies, concerts, ceremonies, social events, etc.My symptoms resembled IBS-D (irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea), although never officially diagnosed, and/or leaky gut syndrome, and/or SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth). To be honest, I feel like the current state of digestive disorder diagnosis is not well understood/developed and rather weak and even gut doctors can't consistently and definitively pinpoint exactly what's wrong with these kinds of cases with reliable accuracy (in my observations). Many articles and accounts of others with IBS-like symptoms generally have ambiguous or unknown causes and limited understanding of what exactly is wrong, and the treatment options are limited and ineffective, like simply avoiding trigger foods, which is not really a cure.My trigger foods were greasy/fatty foods and any milk dairy products, including milk, yogurt, cheeses, whey, lactose, etc., and as milk products are practically everywhere in Western foods in various forms, this made filtering what I eat and grocery shopping a nightmare. Even things like Pringles or chips have hidden milk products in them (Lactose, whey), and obviously classic American past times like pizza (cheese), pies (cream, butter), cheesecake (cheese, cream), coffee drinks e.g. cappuccino, mocha, latte, etc. (milk), milkshakes (milk), ice cream (milk, cream), cheese snacks (cheese, whey), etc. had to be completely eliminated from my life. FML; indeed, the future outlook of the rest of my life with respect to dietary pleasure & nutrition was looking rather grim, since milk products to provide important calcium & protein nutrients.My issues started about 3-4 years ago and have been gradually worsening since.Now, this pill is about as close to a cure as I could have hoped for!AFTER: Taking a pill before eating any significant meal/snack, I can essentially eat/drink whatever I want now, without any of the symptoms described above. My bowel movements have become very regular, predictable, and controllable i.e. no longer have urgency. My stool is solid and of healthy shape/color, and I almost never have to worry anymore about what I eat or the consequences thereafter.I can enjoy all the trigger foods I couldn't before, including greasy/fatty foods and milk dairy products, without having to worry about the aftermath anymore.Truly, a miraculous life savior in the form of pill.Again, as I am not a medical professional nor have seen a gastroenterologist about my issues before, I don't know exactly what it is either in my gut or in these pills that result in such magical, miraculous recovery, but my guess is some combination of the digestive enzymes + probiotics in the pills are greatly helping to regulate the mess that is my gut. Why my gut was such a mess before (or is without these pills) I have no clue. I have many guesses like severe lactose intolerance, IBS-D, leaky gut, SIBO, gluten intolerance, etc. -- just about everything under the sun as the symptoms of many of these digestive conditions overlap and are similar. I think that's why it's even difficult for the current medical practice to work with these conditions, as even IBS (as I understand) is less an explicit diagnosis on the presence of particular symptoms/markers than it is kind of the give-up answer after eliminating other potential causes.I've tried several other products before these pills and have had little success. My initial guess for my issues was predominantly lactose intolerance, so I've tried lactase enzyme pills and Lactobacillus Acidophilus probiotics that are supposed to help digest lactose. Although they did help a little bit, they never truly eliminated all my symptoms, whereas these pills have (so far in about 2 months time since I started taking them). So, lactose intolerance wasn't the only problem (if even a problem); clearly, I had issues with other substances in foods.Since day 1, even pill 1, I IMMEDIATELY noticed a beneficial effect, so these pills definitely have potency, are robust, and immediately effective.Hopefully within my lifetime, medical advances can cure me more permanently such that I don't need these pills, but until then, I will gladly take these pills before every meal and basically become dependent on them for life. Zenwise Health, please continue to make these pills for the next 100 years okay? Thanks!Value-wise, it's a great deal. $25 for 180 pill bottle, so if you eat 3 meals a day, the bottle lasts you 60 days or 2 months; if you eat 2 meals a day, that's 3 months. ~$25 per 2-3 months is totally reasonable.Even if you don't have major digestive issues like me, I still think the digestive enzymes/probiotics contained in these pills can do wonders for your digestion & gut. The concept behind them is to achieve/maintain supreme gut health and regularity. I do believe the unique combination of enzymes and probiotics in these pills accomplish that.Current medical/scientific understanding of the complex interactions/relationships between our gut, brain, body, and the millions of bacteria/microorganisms in our guts is limited, so it's still unclear exactly why certain substances/probiotics work for some people and do little for others (while others don't need any external assistance at all), but it's certainly worth a shot if you're suffering!It's a minor inconvenience to have to carry around the pills everywhere I go, but for what they give me: the ability to digest any/all foods effectively, regulate my bowel movements, enable proper nutrient absorption, and allow me to enjoy all my favorite cheesy dairy products again, it is SO WORTH IT.Okay, I rambled way too long here -- just goes to show how much these pills have changed my life. Okay, I am always gassy and have stomach issues. I had my gallbladder removed about 30 years ago and have always had these issues. Well, let me tell you, these are awesome and work great! The quality of these is wonderful and they're easy to swallow. I take these right when I eat and they help so much. No gas, fast and easy emptying. I do get hungry faster, but I like that I don't go to bed on a full stomach. These are sealed well and the ingredients are good. They have spores in them (live probiotics). Good value, too.

I love this product! Makes all my poops solids which was not the case before I started taking these. I take one before or after a big meal. Only once a day or like every 12 hours. It lessens bloating. Overall helps digest hard to digest foods. Relives discomfort after a big meal as well. I didn’t notice any results after the first week of taking them but once I started taking them everyday when needed I started seeing a difference. I purchased the 100 count just so I wouldn’t have to restock so soon.

Why is something like this so hard to diagnose? Like Mr. Kim, I was never given a diagnosis because I think the medical profession really doesn't have a good understanding of the condition. Both my husband and I have digestion issues and had tried quite a few antacids, antigas pills and enzymes.We have been taking this brand of digestive enzymes for the past three months, and we see a great improvement in our digestive problems. Very effective product! I plan to continue buying this and highly recommend it if one has slow digestion, burping and abdominal discomfort problems especially after evening meals.

This is the first time I've ever written a review. I hope this product can help others as it has me. For about the last year anything I ate no matter how large or small the meal was I would get immediate bloating and painful gas built up in my entire stomach cavity. It wasn't the type of gas that would easily pass, my stomach would get hard and you could see it extending. It would be hours of discomfort, waking me up at night. I have tried many gas treatment pills and nothing worked. This DID! After taking the first pill I had immediate relief. I now take one daily right before lunch, sometime another before dinner. The painful gas no longer builds up. This has truly been life changing!

I have to say that I wasn't holding out much hope for these, but they are near-magical. A few months ago I made the switch to a healthier diet, trying to increase my intake of vegetables and fresh foods, legumes etc. Almost from the go I experienced GI issues. I thought that they might simply go away as my body adjusted to the higher fibre and to the increased amount of legumes etc, but it didn't happen.I tried various probiotic drinks, as well as natural pre-/pro-biotic foods and drinks such as kimchi and kombucha as well as Rennie tablets and nothing helped - most of them simply made the problem worse if anything.However these tablets seemed to simply work right away, from day one, within hours. It didn't even seem to need some time to adjust my gut biome, but got to work right away.There's no denying these are very expensive, perhaps unreasonably so, but I can confirm that they are definitely effective - I'll be sticking to them unless I find a more affordable alternative that does the job as well as these.
