These chews are a favorite of my dog. He thinks that his dog bones should be as tasty. When given a bone, he now drops it on the floor and goes to the shelf where these chews sit and boops them with his nose. Funny. He is in good condition and has nice skin, eyes, and teeth so I cannot say that these have made anything better, but I know he sure loves the taste. If he is getting better nutrition because of the taste, then that's wonderful. 5 stars from me!

I've been giving my 11 year old, active dog joint supplements and probiotics for a few years now, but postbiotics are a new concept for me. The research if you google it is interesting. These supplements contain: Postbiotics: Heat Treated Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis CECT8145 BPL1® Other active ingredients: Glucosamine HCl (Shellfish Source), Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Fish Oil Concentrate, Green-lipped Mussel, Collagen (Bovine Source), Hemp Seed Powder, Kelp, Inulin (from Chicory Root), Chondroitin Sulfate (Porcine Source), Turmeric, Omega-3 Fatty Acids. Looking at the ingredient statement they hit all the right things for aging joints. I'm confident in products from ADM, the parent company. Best of all my dog loved them and thinks they are a delicious treat. He's 45 lbs so, according to the directions, that's 2 a day, making this 60 count one month's worth. It's a little more than the joint supplement I currently buy, but not by much, plus it has some additional ingredients, so I consider it a decent value.

I haven't used these for a full month with my dog yet but, I had 2 to her meal every morning and she seems to be doing good. She has developed a smidge of upset tummy stuff since she is getting older so I just thought it would be a great additive in general. She has zero aversions to eating them but my dog is very food motivated. If you have a super tiny dog, like less than 10 pounds, these might be bit bulky for them to eat. So far, so good though!

Awesome, pure (seemingly) and wholesome ingredients, but my gsd won't eat them, albeit she is very picky :/ This supply, dosed as directed every day, would last a large dog 20 days. Good human supplements are similarly priced per dose if you want to look at it that way, but these aren't human grade (unclear on where the line falls for differentiation though).I put these in her food and that does help her eat them, but I intended to use these as a treat, not a meal garnish

I had a duck product before, and my dog went wild for it, so when I saw that there was a probiotic product with the same flavor, I grabbed it. Be prepared, however. This product has a mess of ingredients, including any number of vitamins (lots of B's, A, D & E) as well as a whole assortment of pro and post-biotics. The probiotics (Bacillus subtiles and Enterococcus faecium PXN) are live microorganisms, and the postbiotics are inactivated microorganisms (Bifidobacterium longum and animalis). I know it would all look more official if I italicized the right bits, but you get the point. They have put several microorganisms into this product to encourage a healthy microbiome in your pet, and some of the names look similar to what I've taken as probiotics before, too. There are also other good things in these chews like salmon oil and glucosamine, which I see in lots of products for joint health. I assume the taste comes from the Carrots, Duck fat, and sweet potato, although there's some garbanzo & tapioca flour in here too, probably as a binder. Basically, they used a bunch of ingredients to put this treat together for your pet. But the upshot is, my dog enjoys them, they are soft chews which are easy on his older teeth, and I haven't seen any adverse intestinal reactions since he's started taking them. All those are good things. Also, it doesn't smell awful when I open the bag, which is also a plus. They have several other formulations, so if your pup does not enjoy duck but prefers chicken, I think they have a mix for that too. Long story short, I'm happy with these treats and glad they will do my pup some good. Older pets sometimes need a little help keeping well.

Not sure if these are adding benefit, but my pup sure does like the taste so we'll keep feeding them with hopes it helps with gut health.

It's hard to tell if one package makes a difference. However, out dog likes the taste, and readily eats them. I trust the probiotics are doing their thing, so it comes down to how well the dog likes them. No issues there!

I hoped that our dogs would like these chews,but they don't,they hate them. I tried to give the chews to them whole and crumbled, and it's a hard no to both ways. One dog threw the whole ones out of their bowl and the other left them in a bowl that was licked clean,except for the chews. When I crumbled them both dogs avoided the food with the crumble on it. We will not be ordering these chews again.

It helps in my quest for perfect poops in my dogs. I don't think there's anything that isn't beneficial.

My cats and dogs love these! They fight for them. After having them on it for a month I am not sure if I see any difference in their stools. So I can't say it works or it doesn't work. I am undecided but since they love them I think I will give it another month try.

We got three flavors of this brand. It looks like it is filled with good ingredients. We have a Boxer and a Boston Terrier so we're always on the lookout for treats with probiotics. We've consolidated our thoughts in this review:Gut Immunity: Shaped like little hearts. Looked good, a little soft. They ate these up.Gut Digestive: not sure we saw a difference in digestion. This one was really hard. Our Boston didn't care for this at all.Calming: we really wanted to try this since our lab mix and boxer has anxiety. She turned her nose up at it, which wasn't surprising since she's a treat snob, so her opinion doesn't matter here. Our boxer who normally eats anything, didn't touch this. If you can see in the picture, it looks dryer than the other two. It was super crumbly. Might've been old stock, but none of our dogs bothered. Straight to compost.We'll stick with our tried and true brand from now on.

With all these types of supplements, it’s hard to tell if they really do what they are supposed to. That being said, my dog was having some digestive issues so I thought I would try these. I’ve been giving him one a day for a while now and he hasn’t had any more digestive issues, so I believe they must be helping somewhat. I’m not sure if it’s the nature of this type of probiotic, but they are a bit powdery and dry so they might not be the best as a single serving treat for your dog. I usually break it up and put it in my dogs meal, which is a mixture of kibble, boiled chicken breast, minced vegetables, and chicken broth so the probiotic does get soaked and soft and integrates itself into the food. All in all, I’d recommend this product.

These probiotic and postbiotic dog chews seem to work great. The dogs (2 of them) can't wait to take them and are as eager for them as they are for treats. In fact, I treat them like treats!Both dogs (both older girls) have gotten a little finicky in their later years, and yet they both eagerly await these chews.Both of the dogs have had gastrointestinal issues as they have aged, so I will try things that might help to calm their stomachs and make them less likely to "toss their cookies" (if you will) after eating their meals. In reviewing the ingredients, I see a lot of things that are in my own probiotics, as well as psyllium husk -- which is in many fiber supplements.These chews seem to keep my dogs on an even keel and I haven't noticed any "surprises" wafting in the air and waiting for my cleanup. They seem a little pricey for 60 chews, but if the results stay as they currently are (all good), this make be a cost worth spending.

Little Enna (12 pounds) has periodic gastrointestinal issues. I won't go into detail. Enna has two scheduled meals a day because she needs to take several pills, twice a day. About once a week, she doesn't want her breakfast and looks for grass to chew; she feels better by suppertime. This happens about once a week, and I've yet to determine why. I don't know yet whether or not these supplement chews will help. Enna longer has teeth, so I like that these chews are crumbly. She seems to like the taste, and I don't find their smell offensive.

I was giving the recommended dose and he just wasn't pooping that much. I finally (halfway through the bag) decided to try giving him a double dose. Now we get daily poops. Much better.These are easy to work with. My old hospice dog has terrible teeth so everything must be chopped up. These crumble quite nicely so I can mix them into his pate food. He doesn't seem to mind the taste.Every dog (and person!) is different, but if you aren't getting consistent poops with the regular dose, consider doubling it.
