It was easy to use and worked nicely on my lawn. It made my grass green and lush.

Used to feed the lawn before cutting down and overseeding here in a month or so before the heat starts.

This grass treatment was super easy to set up for use. Too soon to tell if it's actually working, but so far so good.

Have used this for 2 months with no appreciable difference in my lawn. Cannot recommend, as I've had to switch products in order to see better results.

I applied this to my spring St. Augustine grass here in Florida and after over a month, I did not notice any greening impact, I resorted to getting Scotts granules and I will see if that is better at improving the look of my lawn.

Total Biome Fall & Winter Lawn Fertilizer 10-0-20 (ASIN: B0CHHB3XS6). I no longer have access to a lab to test and verify the composition of the solution within the bottle (as I am now retired), but if the ingredient label is accurate, it will benefit most established residential lawns. That said, I did evaluate the delivery system and the label. I included a few other observations as well.No application directions are provided on the label. The dispensing valve at the top is labeled “OFF”, ”H2O”, and “MIX”. Being white letters on white plastic it can be very difficult to see (or to see that it is even there). Ensure you are in the “MIX” position to disperse the fertilizer. It took both hands for me to position the valve, as it was difficult to move. The sprayer dribbled a lot of material onto the bottle and directly onto the ground during application. The spray is brown in color, so easy to see. The odor is unusual and strong, but dissipates quickly. The bottle draws in significantly during delivery. Apparently, no venting was provided to allow air in as the product is used. Once the system stopped delivering the fertilizer and was only dispensing water (the spray was clear, no longer brown), I stopped and emptied the remaining fertilizer. It measured at 300 ml, or almost a 3rd of the 1 liter in the container. Disappointing.The product bottle is not well labeled. It does not state what area the included 1 liter of material is supposed to treat. Is this just enough for a small residential yard or it is intended to treat a football field? It also does not provide any information as to the rate of application. The label on the bottle states that it has a “2 year shelf life from production date (PD).” However, nowhere on the bottle is the production date (PD) indicated. So, has this material already expired? Unknown.The stated formulation of this fertilizer is for an established lawn. If this is intended to be used for a new lawn or to help in lawn repair, this formulation does not contain phosphorus. Phosphorus is required for root development. For new lawns and lawn repair, phosphorus will also need to be included in the lawn care program.Also note that in the product description liberties are taken as to what USDA Certified Organic actually means.I applied this fertilizer in January 2024. Green up is still months away. I will update this review if I am impressed with the results at that time.Since I do not know the intended coverage area for this fertilizer, I am unable to determine if this product is a good value or not.

Terrible time getting the fertilizer to spray out with the hose. Sprayed the yard for 20 minutes, up and down back and worth and when finished no product was dispersed. Had to go buy an Othro garden sprayer and pour the contents into it and spray from that. No idea on coverage area, not mentioned on the bottle. Totally unsure how the coverage will be.

Didn't work too well, also it made my back yard smell like olives and a hint of wine. The sprayer was broken or so and so it was just running down my arm instead of spreading onto the lawn with the nozzle.

It works from what I'm seeing. My grass is growing and getting healthier. Plus we have been lots of rain here. The drawbacks of this product is the water hose attachment. When I hooked this product up to my water hose and then turned on water to the Biome liquid there attachment. The part that was attached to my water hose broke and shooting water everywhere. I had to unhook and pour there product in another sprayer bottle. But will still reorder another one soon knowing what I know now.

Just put on today, but the bottle leaked the whole time I applied so used alot more than needed. Will see how it does on the grass...

I received the item quickly by mail. But when I used it a few days later and now it been almost 3 weeks and my lawn is still the same as before I used the item. Waste of money

I am environmentally conscientious, at least to the degree that I refuse to pull out the native grasses and replace with a uniform blanket of green. While those lawns look gorgeous, I just refuse to do it. For the bees/birds/animals. That said, I still want a healthy lawn. And I want healthy plants in my lawn for the non-human world to take advantage of. Every year, the TN heat turns all plants to dry crisps at some point. It's been hot for some time now, but I'm seeing my grass stay more hydrated than normal for this time of year. I'm certain it's because I began using this fertilizer. I will definitely be continuing the treatment.

Saved my dead spots

I love that I can attach it to a hose. And it definitely works - I got grass seed to grow in areas where it wouldn't before. The only thing I didn't like is that the on/off toggle switch is hard to use. You have to push the plastic switch over a piece of plastic and it's very difficult to get from off to on. And then when you are finished, you have to let the water run (or have someone help you turn off the water). But I am extremely happy with the way the fertilizer works.

The application is so easy! It's a great deal

We have a lot of dogs, both adopted and fosters, and our lawn takes a serious hit.We have used similar products in the past. This attaches to your hose for application. It was easy to use but did spin around a bit which was distracting and probably resulted in uneven application. It is hard to see any benefit with the spots, but again, with 5 dogs I'm not sure anything would help. It does definitely help with the urine odor that accumulates though.

I put new sod in my backyard about five years ago and it looked great for about three years until the cumulative puppy pee began causing yellow spots to form where the urea was killing the grass. I’ve used nitrogen and iron supplements to green up the lawn quickly, but they don’t eliminate the yellow pee spots. I used this biome based neutralizer since it’s organic, pet safe and guaranteed to work. I applied it two days ago and it was fairly simple. You attach the bottle to the end of your hose and turn on the water. Move the bottle valve counter clockwise and spray away. I went over my back lawn which is about 14’ x 35’ and covered it twice. I recommend against using a pump up type sprayer as this product is meant to be applied right from the garden hose. It takes about two weeks before supplemental chemicals really begin to noticeably improve your lawn and if this biome works as it should I’ll update this review. If it does nothing, I’ll let you know!

The Total Biome Lawn Spot Repair Liquid Concentrate seemed similar to other products I have used and that worked, the difference is, I can't tell any appreciable difference in before and after usage as it pertains to removing spots. In general it did green up the lawn and might have sparked some growth, but not enough to warrant the effort of applying it, let alone the cost. The pictures tell a pretty compelling story of not much changed.Great idea, but the product failed to deliver much benefit for me.

When we got this product the sticker or label on it is ripped, and it looks used but it is sealed. It’s a little hard to turn on or open when we tried using it and we didn’t see any difference in our grass. Forgot to take a picture because we threw the container away already

We just got our 1st girl dog after 15 years with 2 males & I’ve read about how female dog urine can do more damage since they go in a single spot each time rather than spraying an area.When I saw this product, I thought - great! I’ll spray every so often & we won’t get yellow patches in the yard.PROBLEM: the sprayer is terrible.I have a quality, sturdy hose & have attached it to other spray products.But this one just doesn’t match up well & sputters and shoots out at angles. No matter how much rescrewing & adjusting I do, it’s a mess.I always wear gloves (even though this says “organic” everywhere), so I just let it dribble out in the areas she goes potty & guess what?I see nothing.I see lighter areas of grass where it’s starting to burn out & this has not affected the process.ALSO: there’s information on the listing about neutralizing the odor of dog urine in the yard - huh? That’s never, ever been an issue & we’ve had multiple dogs in a fenced in backyard for years, so don’t know why that’s a thing.Maybe if this was a regular spray bottle to directly spray the pee area after the pup goes potty?If you’re going to market to dog owners to save their grass, it should be easy to manage & should save their grass!This is just kind of silly & a waste of time and money.**Thank you for reading this review & I hope that it’s Helpful!** 🐶

I was so excited to get this to use in front of our walkway at the street. We have a lot of brown spots from multiple dogs urinating. The main problem for me, is that you have to hook it up to a water hose to use. I would love the option to pour this in a spray bottle, even if I had to mix it myself with water (if it is concentrated). That way, I could spray the spots that are brown. However, a water hose is not accessible in the area I need to spray, and the top of the bottle will not budge. There needs to be a better application option besides hooking it to a water hose. It is a great idea if it works, just not convenient for my situation.

Ive sprayed this product twice now on the same nasty spot. Nothing has changed and the bottle still feels full. There is no cap to remove and very little directions on use or amount, etc. The concentration is very thick and brown. I'm really not sure if I'm just spraying water or if it is mixing with the product. But nothing has changed after 2 weeks.

We got this for our yard which has some dying grass in one area. We were hoping that after a week we might see some difference - but even after a week and a half there has been no change at all! Expensive for something that doesn't seem to work.
