I thought the shots were pretty good. They are full of good stuff so it’s nice to get all of the benefit in a little bottle. The taste is a bit sharp so I either pounded it or added some ice and bubbly water to enjoy it more as a drink. The co Rainer is super convenient so it would be easy to take on a trip when you start to get worn down. It seemed like a good addition to my routine.
