Goodness, what to say. I have very sensitive skin, and many products make my skin red and angry, or make me break out. I have a very sensitive nose, and most skin care products make me ill due to fragrances, even 'fragrance free' products. This moisturizer makes my skin soft and supple without irritating it, and extremely mild scent it has (just from the ingredients) goes away within ten minutes of spreading it on my skin (and my partner can't smell it at all - just my sensitive nose). I haven't gotten any directly in my eye, but most products even near my eye will make my eyes sting, and I haven't noticed that so far. I would say that this seems to be healing my skin, but I do use a different moisturizer in the morning, to avoid deactivating the retinol. This moisturizer is very light and absorbs quickly, and I like to have a bit of a protective barrier during the day if I'm not wearing sunscreen, keep my skin dewy. :)I will come back to this review in a month or two, see how it treats my skin over time, as retinol is definitely something that takes time to work. I'm fairly certain the skin around my eyes is already improved, less delicate and sunken, but it's only been a few days. I am 27, so barely seeing the signs of aging, but I'm happy to be starting early with giving my skin what it needs to be healthy and beautiful.I didn't have any trouble with the pump, and I like that I can dispense a very small amount at a time. The bottle is very pleasing to hold, and a good shape.

I've purchased this moisturizer 11 times & will continue to! It creates a noticeable difference in your skin & leaves it lovely. Retinol without the irritation is appreciated too! Please keep this formula great & never take it away :)

I had started off a few years back using the TOL line. My skin was smooth, glowing, definitely combated wrinkles, and helped with my under eye circles/puffiness. Well, I switched to a couple of different skin care brands since first trying TOL. I thought these brands could deliver more results, etc. I WAS WRONG! With the other brands, my lines/wrinkles looked deeper, the under eye circles and puffiness became more pronounced, and my skin never felt totally smooth and hydrated. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER STRAYED! With just a few days of use, I am noticing that I am on my way to getting the results I had with this line before. Thank you TOL!

I have been using the TrueSkin vitamin C serum for months and have yet to see a difference in my complexion. I began using Tree of Life’s vitamin C moisturizer and by day 3 I already noticed a difference. My skin is looking smoother, brighter and moisturized. It has a scent, but it’s not a deter from using the product. The product glides on and absorbs into the skin quickly.This product is what I’ve been needing and I finally found it. I will continue to purchase and also check out their other products.

I like the delivery system… measured squirts. The lotion is not greasy or sticky. It’s a good value for the money in retinol products . I noticed a difference the first month I used it and I won’t be without it.

Je l'utilise avec le sérum et ma peau revit. J'en prends soin depuis toujours, donc je n'ai pas de problème particulier, mais l'effet repulpant est bien là ! Aucun problème d'intolérance pour ma part. J'ai lu quelques critiques sur le parfum (de noix de cajou, pour donner une idée), il se dissipe de toute façon très vite. Hydrate en profondeur.

I really would like to know how much retinol is actually is in this formulation. I have sensitive skin and have had no problems with this moisturizer. It goes on thinly and it's a nice enough moisturizer, but after well over a month of use, I have seen no change in the appearance of my skin. If you have dry skin, I don't think you will find this moisturizing enough. If you prefer a lighter moisturizer, then this is a good choice. If you really want an antiaging product, then I'd try one that states at least 1% retinol and work your way up to daily use. How fast you can start using a 1% formulation daily entirely depends on your skin type. I have a tube of 1% retinol that I started using a while ago starting with just my forehead. I found it a bit drying (flakiness) at first, but persisted, and now I can use it daily with no problem. I am also starting to notice positive changes in some fine lines that have become shallower in less than a month. My skin is smoother and more even too. I may have a way to go, but I'm a determined gal-good luck Update:7/1/15-Despite my wondering if this Retinol Cream had enough of a percentage of Retinol in it, I have continued to use it. I even bought my second bottle a while back. I have discovered over time that it seems to be working. I don't think I gave it enough time to do its thing since it is a milder form of retinol. What I did find out was that in my using a 1% retinol on certain areas of my face (forehead, between the eyes) last winter, that I was having an increased problem with dryness and flakiness in those areas. So now I am only using the Tree of Life Retinol Moisturizer and finding that my face is showing improvement (except when I do have a Rosacea flare, I don't use it then). I'm seeing some decreases in fine lines on my forehead, between my eyes, and on my upper lip and upper chin areas. I'm still not seeing any changes in the marionette lines. I especially like using it on my neck & chest area as my only moisturizer. I do use an additional moisturizer on my cheeks & temples where my skin is very dry. In my t-zone this moisturizer is sufficient in the summer months. It has a nice consistency--smooth, very spreadable, soft feeling. And my favorite fact about it is that there are no silicones at all (such as dimethicone) in it which tend to cause me plugged up pores. It's also loaded with other great ingredients for the face too such as aloe and hyaluronic acid (holds 1000X it's weight in water thus keeping the face plumped up and moist). Yes, my opinion has changed for the better, so IMO it is better to watch your progress over a longer period of time than 1 month to really see results.

I have been using the serums for about 3 years and have great results so when I saw the moisturizer I thought let me try it. The product itself is nice, non greasy and applies smoothly. However, I received a faulty bottle, the pump doesn’t work so I had to unscrew to use it which was a minor inconvenience. The worst part was my bottle was also not full, after 3 weeks of use it’s empty!

I would absolutely buy this over and over again. It moisturizes your face so well makes it soft smooth and tight. It doesn't have a pungent smell like others. Performance is wonderful you see results within a couple days very consistent and brightens your face.

I did monthly facials and bought a very expensive line of vitamin c serums, moisturizers etc. one year later and I quit the products and the facials because I honestly couldn’t see a difference.On a whim I ordered these serums.OMG! I have never had softer, clearer, smoother skin and I’ve only been using them a week. I haven’t even tried their other products yet (ordered them yesterday though!) my skin looks better this week than it has since my teens (oddly my skin issues waited till 20s to show up).I use the Retinol every other night, vitamin c every morning and the in between nights. Hyaluronic acid layered on top. I used to suffer with dry sensitive skin and uneven tone but since using these serums my face has been feeling incredibly hydrated smooth more even toned and wayy more plump! Everyone always compliments my skin. I have been slacking off on my skin care since quarantine started so my skin went back to feeling rough, uneven, dull, dry, irritated and sensitive. So I washed my face, applied toner, then the retinol serum followed by hyaluronic acid and topped with face cream. By the morning my skin was back to being soft and glowy so it really does work! I thought the retinol would be too harsh on my skin and it appears to be because it makes my face a bit red for an hour or two even though i use hyaluronic acid afterwards as indicated. It doesnt burn and by the next day my skin looks amazing. Hyaluronic acid even by itself is a life saver! Its incredibly hydrating! Most of all I really love using Vitamin C serum and then using the Hyaluronic acid serum to add that extra boost of hydration. You can honestly tell it works because my fine lines begin to fill in and fade away from how hydrated and plump my skin gets.Youre supposed to use vitamin C and hyaluronic acid in the morning and retinol and Hyaluronic acid at night which is the best combo but sometimes i forget or dont have the time so ill use only one of the two combinations as needed and still works great.Even my mom raves about it. She struggles so much with uneven skin tones and wrinkles and fine lines and dullness and has the hardest time finding the right products. She looks so much more youthful and her skin is glowing and radiant for someone who's almost reaching 60 years of age!My brother who has very oily sensitive skin and red dry patches all over his t zone tried it for the first time yesterday when i gave him a facial. His skin was red from the initial application but almost immediately after the Hyaluronic acid soaked into his skin, his skin was no longer red! I applied face cream and not even 15 minutes had passed when his skin started to look dewy, plump, hydrated, and soft! I could finally see his skin color rather than the pinkish red that would take over his face.If you read this far thank you, and if youre reading this youre probably still wondering if you should buy this. This is your sign: BUY IT! You wont regret it! Like i said ive bought this pack several times and each has been consistent and does wonders to your skin! Ok, I have had a problem with my face being noticeably darker than the rest of my body for YEARS, and this product (vitamin c and hyaluronic acid) changed that in a week. Might be worthy to mention that I’ve also been using pure Kojic acid soap (an exfoliant) on my face for a few months as well. It brightened my skin up a bit, but this product took it above and beyond. So very happy with my purchase, I would recommend this product to anyone. As for the hyaluronic acid, I’ve seen a slight improvement with my smile lines but nothing exceptional. It’s only been a week so I’ll update my comment if needed after a month or so.
